She gave a little shiver at the feel of his hand sliding down her back, hands letting go of his shoulders to slide down his arms, gripping tightly to them as he leaned closer. The proximity was simultaneously wonderful and a little overwhelming- and aside from that hug when her soulbot had exploded, she couldn't remember the last time she'd been this close to him. She was surprised the quick thrum of her heartbeat wasn't more audible to both of them, as fast and as loud as she felt like it was.

Fortunately, she was pretty sure they were more distracted by the kiss than anything else.
