Summary: Ryuunosuke is testing out his powers.
Warnings: Monster death, possible character death!

[Floor 30]
[The night doesn't bother Ryuunosuke as he devastates the monsters here. One gets sliced in half by an invisible sword, another gets torn apart by hands that appear out of nowhere... In any gruesome manner you can think of, the creatures here are being brutally destroyed without laying a finger on the 'girl' hopping up and down on the staircase.]

Cool~ This is really, really cool~!

[Ryuunosuke may or may not attack characters on this floor depending on his mood - ask in the thread title if you would like your character to be another target, or just a chatting partner.]

[Floor 25]
[Don't mind him. He's just using his godlike powers to fly around at random. Flying is fun.]

[Floor 1]
[You know what else he can do? Create food. So Ryuunosuke can be found devouring a giant strawberry-topped cake.]

[Ryuunosuke stops what he's doing and turns to Touma with a smile on his new face.]

Why'd you think that? This is pretty fun.

[At least she wasn't having "fun" with actual people.]

I find it... unnecessary.[Read: Sick and unsettling] Isn't there a better way to have fun with your magic?

Hmmmmm, I don't think so. Unless you mean leaving the innocent monsters alone and focusing on people who can fight back?

That is not what I mean and you know it.

Actually~ [Singsong.] You've given me a good idea~

[Is the air around you starting to feel a little rot-holes-in-bodies toxic? Better wave that special hand around pretty quickly.]

[fukouda]

What are you....

[He felt something. His instincts were screaming at him to move. He quickly backpedaled and nearly fell backwards on the staircase as he blindly swing his right hand out. The sound of shattered glass filled the room as he successfully negated whatever magic that little girl tried to cast around him.]

What the hell are you doing!

[coolestmiracles]

Trying to kill you. Are you some kind of moron?

[Ryuunosuke snorts at that, seemingly not mad at all that his magic was negated.]

[fukouda]

[Touma glares at her.]

Stop. I'm not a plaything for you're magic like those monsters. This better be the first and last time you tried to deliberately harm someone.

[coolestmiracles]

You're the first today! But probably not the last, sorry.

[fukouda]

[His right hand shook as he tightly clenched it into a fist.]

Is that so? Are you planning on attacking others after you're done here?

[coolestmiracles]

Well duh! What's the point of having cool powers if you aren't going to use them?

[fukouda]

I understand now. If you truly think you can harm others solely because you possess the ability to do so, then I'm going to have to destroy that twisted illusion of yours!

[He suddenly rushed forward at the witch with his right fist ready to strike. His earlier actions had distanced him a little from her so it will take him a few seconds to reach her position.]

[coolestmiracles]

[Before he can get there, a shield appears between them. It'll be destroyed on contact, of course, but the time it takes to destroy it gives Ryuunosuke enough to disappear, off to another floor.

His laughter can still be heard.]

[fukouda]

[Before he could reach his opponent, a magical shield suddenly appeared before him to obstruct his path. The shield was predictably shattered upon impact with his right first as he plowed his way through the obstacle. It did unfortunately fulfill its purpose as a time buffer and the witch hiding beyond the shield had already disappeared by the time he broke through. The only clue to her whereabouts was the echo of her mocking laughter.]

Damn it! Where did you go!

[Touma listened carefully for where her laughter was coming from and tried to follow it to the location she disappeared to. She couldn't be that far if he can still hear her.]

[The sound disappears. Ryuunosuke may be having fun with his new powers, but he's not stupid, and he wants to use them on more helpless victims.]

[fukouda]

[With her laughter gone, he no longer had any idea where she went and could only blindly search around in a futile effort to find her. The tower proved too large to search alone and nobody he questioned had seen her. He finally gave up after hours of pointless running.]
