Waffles, that's what.

There are plates stacked high with them. The kitchen is a mess. Waffle mix is everywhere.

Stephanie's been working hard.]

[She cracks an egg] The key is to avoid getting the shell in the bowl. All we want is the yoke.

[Slowly, she nods, then carefully reaches out and tries to copy what she saw her do, only in her caution it ends up being more like 'crack the egg a little bit and let it leak out'. Fortunately, said leaking doesn't involve bringing shell bits with it, and after a moment she carefully pulls the egg open a little further so they'll get out of there before Christmas.]

You are doing way better than I did when I first tried to make them. Mom didn't exactly appreciate the dozen cracked eggs on the floor.

Or the added crunchiness of the waffles.

[Naminé smiled, holding the empty eggshell gingerly as if unsure what to do with it.] Thank you. I guess I have a good teacher. [It pays to be cautious?] ...Did you really eat them anyway?

I'd have to swear more to be a good Gordon, though. And yell and make grumpy faces.
