So that last week had been hell, and they really should have seen it coming, but it's as they all say...

It was just another Tuesday in Tower What The Helsinki is Going On Here.

Unlike the private party, there are definitely plenty of decorations courtesy of the Amagi Inn heiress, and plenty of food thanks to those who offered to hunt for the event and the ones who could prepare what was caught and gathered. Really, everything's set. Even some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were clearly labeled (so please, don't spike the normal punch. There are kids here!).

So why was this all set up? Why, because they had succeeded in pissing in Jason's cornflakes and got him maaaaad figuring out the cure for the madness of the previous week with the clues that had been given. But wait, was there a birthday or two this month that had otherwise gone unnoticed? Well, why not celebrate them while celebrating their hard-earned victory? There's cards on a table for people to write down the lucky people who survived another year of this craziness, just waiting for well wishes (or not so, depending on if you like them or not).

[The ironic thing is that in god terms, the ones who are the closest related here are the cousin-siblings Fierce Deity and Majora. Zelda, on the other hand, is more like their great-great-great-great-great-great-niece thrice removed.]

So it seems. May I ask as to the occasion?

[For now, his attention is on Zelda. He acknowledged Majora when she replied with an incline of the head. To an outsider, it would look like an answer to Zelda's head bow, the subtlety of the direction of his inclination lost.]

That said, she blinks a bit as she feels Majora's grip tighten - well, that answers that question - and she responds by discreetly placing her free hand over the goddess' own.

Not too long ago, one of the administrators of this place decided to 'experiment' on a portion of the Tower. I believe he said its purpose was to observe how long a body could sustain a foreign mind inhabiting it, and he implied the eventual death of the participants was inevitable. However, with a bit of outside assistance, we were able to return the unfortunate back to their original states before that death could occur.

[Despite the grave topic, there's... something spirited to her smile. Even if her particular skill set wasn't the most useful, it's hard not to feel a certain sense of pride.]

I would imagine this is to celebrate finally foiling our "hosts'" attempts at inviting further suffering upon us.
