Fool me once, shame on you
Characters: Xion, Vanimant (
keyprise) and later Ganondorf (
great_king_of_evil)
Setting: Floor 43
Format: idk I'll follow you guys d('_'d)
Summary: Vanimant is an asshole and Ganondorf is opportunistic and Xion fails to inherit Sora's luck stats once again
Warnings: Impending hostage situations? Manipulation? Evil plotting? idk I'll update as needed.
[Xion found her room ransacked. Again. It wasn't the first time this sort of thing had happened; frankly, it was rather familiar. A quick check at the pouch on her side showed that her pouch of shells and its other precious contents were all still there. But a quick check of the contents of her trunk showed her other shells, the ones from around the Tower, were not.
Xion frowned, biting her lip. Going after her shells - given the likely risk that who (or what) took them was dangerous - was risky, and they certainly weren't any of the ones most precious to her. But she'd still liked plenty of them, seen kinds she'd never seen before.
She'd tell somebody. Searching floor-by-floor would turn up somebody soon enough. And she'd tell them. And maybe she'd find her shells too.
She started making her way down through the dorm floors, peering down the hallways and not finding anyone. She did, however, find a couple shells, depositing them in a pocket of her coat.
Soon enough she reached the regular floors, the first of which being one of the new floors that she hadn't explored that much as of yet, floor 43. She frowned, glancing around at the tiny rooms, feeling slightly uneasy.
Move quickly, check the floor out, leave. She could do that, right?]

So, he waited in the darkness for her to find that precious shell. It was right in one of the cells that nearly threatened to get him inside of it, but he was quicker than that. And smarter, too.
Come little Keyblader, thought Vanitas with a grin as he folded his arms over his chest and leaned against the wall. ]

It seemed it was a good thing she'd come looking though, because one of her favorite shells, an odd, spiral, spiked confection, was lying inside one of the small rooms. Glancing around nervously, Xion darted inside to pick it up. Maybe it was silly to be nervous - she had darknes corridors after all - but she was nervous at the idea of being caught in an enclosed space, especially given who the last person was who'd ransacked her room and stolen her shells.
Plus it was always a bad idea to trust anything in the Tower to be as it seemed. Stashing the shell in a pocket with the others, Xion quickly turned to leave...]
