[It means that she'll be policing the cafeteria to make sure everyone eats enough ice cream before it's all gone. Because if they have it all month maybe they'll never get some ever again!]

Okay! [Romeo is off to find a bowl of ice cream, he pokes it with a spoon and then raises a tiny bit to his mouth] It's cold!

Well duuuh, it's ice cream!

Oh [He wonders if that was meant to be obvious and takes a bigger spoonful biting it in half] Owwww [He raises his hand to his mouth as the cold jars through his teeth but he smiles as well because despite the coldness and pain it was delicious!]

Huh? Ow? Ice cream hurts?

A little [Romeo's voice was small and he didn't want to disapoint his friend so he took another bite] It's just really cold and makes my teeth hurt. But you are right Molly! It is nice! [To demonstrate Romeo bit into another spoonful of ice cream]

[Romeo's eyes widened] How can teeth be bad? [He is still eating, chewing the ice cream and beginning to shiver.]

When you have cavities and need to go to the dentist! [she takes a spoonful and just swallows it]

[Romeo frowns but is used to Molly using words he doesn't understand] What's a cavity? What's a dentist? [He takes another spoonful still biting it and shivers but is determined to finish the bowl]

A cavity is a hole in your tooth and a dentist fixes it. Also you're eating the ice cream wrong! It doesn't need to be chewed silly!

A hole in your tooth? How do they fix it? [His attention is taken by her decleration that he's eating the ice cream wrong] Oh how are you meant to eat it is it like a lollipop? Miss Spain gave me one of those once. [He gets another spoonful and tries to lick the ice cream off the spoon and ended up flicking some onto his nose]

Oh! [Romeo tries it and grins] That doesn't hurt at all! [It was still cold though but delicious despite that] I don't think we have dentists were I come from.
