He doesn't get any of this
Characters: Enoch and anyone!
Setting: Morning, upper dorm floors, lower tower floors, then everywhere else!
Format: Starting in prose, but I'll match you!
Summary: Enoch wakes up in an angel costume and searches for candy. You know, participating in the event.
Warnings: None yet!
Dorm room 3-18 and dorm floors 1 through 3
When Enoch wakes up, he notices immediately that something isn't right. He's wearing something stiff on his back that leaves him resting at an odd angle, and he's wearing something loose instead of his jeans. He sits up, looking down at the pure white cloth skirt covering his lower body, his sandals ever the same but cleaner, then turns his attention to the fake wings worn through loops on his shoulders. He tries moving one, but it doesn't budge.
Strange, he thinks, getting out of bed and attempting to summon his armor. The top part appears all right, but...with a light flinch, he dismisses it - the armor was meant to be worn over something on his legs, and the leg armor feels uncomfortable against bare skin. Their hosts were clearly playing one of their games again. A glance to the side to see his Arch against the nightstand, still, at least that was still there. He attaches it to the cloth belt on his skirt and the flash of orange out of the corner of his eye catches his attention. He lifts the odd plastic pumpkin by the handle and reads the note.
...Another game, he was right. Well, he certainly doesn't want to face whatever the consequences are. Another inspection of the bucket. Clearly, it was meant to be what he holds the collected treats in. But could he fight holding this thing? He opens his trunk for the roll of gauze inside. A moment later and he's fashioned a belt out of it, secured over his costume's belt and tying the basket to his side.
Those outside the dorms on his way up to the elevator might catch sight of this shirtless angel with an orange pumpkin bucket tied to his side. Care to make fun of him? Ask for some gauze to free up your hands the same way? Comment on his costume?
Cafeteria
Enoch's first encounter with candy wasn't pleasant. He doesn't think of eating any of the first he finds, two pieces sitting nestled behind the stack of plates he takes his from. They go straight into the basket at his side and he continues about breakfast as normal, sitting down to eat his pumpkin bread. Only ten pieces, right? This should be easy.
Library
Enoch can be found here staring at the scrambled text on the terminal he's trying to use. He hasn't sent his message yet, and it's looking like he might not. With a sigh, he leaves it be, pushing himself away from the keyboard...and finding another two pieces tucked into the corner of the alcove. Those are being snatched up and you might now find him searching under all the terminals.
Lower Lounge
Enoch's got the idea by now. In fact, you can find him peeking under beanbags here and lifting up couch cushions, like a more modern man in search of spare change or a lost remote.
Or you might catch him coming down from the floor above, later, and, after lifting up the couch cushion once, sitting down on it and...not doing anything. Has he already filled his quota? He must have, considering he runs his hand under the cushion beside him, pulls out a piece of candy, and tosses it towards the staircase for someone else to find.
Everywhere else
He didn't lounge for long - Enoch can now be found searching the remaining floors where it's reasonably safe to move and depositing found or earned candy near the staircase. Someone's being rather charitable.

Lower Lounge
"...My name's Ken. Do you know where we are?"
no subject
"This is...I've only heard it called the tower."
How many children would find their way here...?
"It's...no place for someone so young. I'm sorry you've had to find yourself here..."
no subject
"What do you mean, exactly? The letter didn't mention anything dangerous."
no subject
A pause. "I'd...advise against leaving the living floors at night."
no subject
So long as this man was willing to provide answers, Ken should make use of them. Of course, it was possible that Enoch was completely pulling his leg. But if it were a joke, the punchline should be landing any time now -- and a little humiliation would be a small price to pay for a solid understanding of what was going on.

"Pardon me, but what are you doing? Did you lose something?"
[ooc: Tohko is wearing this.]
I'm assuming she has her bucket on her?
"Searching for more candy." He lightly tapped the pumpkin bucket tied at his waist with gauze. He thought he might as well find what he needed to find and get it out of the way. "I'm...not certain I want to know the consequence for not finding enough."
Re: I'm assuming she has her bucket on her?
"If you want, I can help you look." She said, smiling.
Cafeteria
Yo, Enoch. I didn't get to properly thank you for helping me during the last event..
[For the record, Kidou looks like this during the event!]

It was the least I could do, Kidou.
Everywhere else
An American tradition, he was fairly sure, but not one he had ever harbored any interest in. It had stuck him as childish, and his opinion on it had not changed over time: but the note had given him a rather ominous demand and it was in his best interests to fulfill it.
Because Hidetoshi is well aware of the potential benefit in doing what he was told to do by figures of authority, corrupt and illogical or not. After eating in the cafeteria, it's time to go looking for that candy, plastic pumpkin dangling in one hand and tall spear in the other.
Of course, his process in candy-hunting (two tucked away in the elevator, one hidden behind the spines of books in the third floor library, and one piece inside the kitchen) is hindered by the eyepatch he found impossible to remove that blocked his eyesight, and left him sweeping his head from side to side in an attempt to overcompensate for the loss of his sinistral peripheral vision.
He's surprised when he spots the man depositing candy near the staircase. ]
Pardon me, but what are you doing?
no subject
Ah... I've collected all I need today.
no subject
He picks the pumpkin basket back up, and considers the man's small heap of sweets. So having done what was required of him by their hosts, this man was now... gathering up candies he did not need? :/a ]
Oh. I see... Would you mind if I took some of them? I still need to reach my own quota.
no subject
That's exactly why I'm leaving them here. Some of them might be out of reach for some residents, and some may not be very mobile, or may not think to look.
no subject
[ He bents down and takes a small handful and dumps the candies into the plastic pumpkin. When the man explains why he collecting extra candy pieces, Hidetoshi find himself agreeing with his reasoning. He is suitably impressed, Enoch, you are a responsible adult. Performing a community service. ]
Then may I offer you a helping hand? [ It shouldn't be that much trouble to continue trick or treatin' for awhile longer after all. ]

everywhere else, let's say the meadow. I am so sorry...
So when she came across a man with wings putting candy out in the meadow she jumped to the only obvious conclusion. She marched over, daggers out.] So you do be one of them?
XD It's okay!
One of what?
no subject
She held her knife steady ready to attack. She would go for the eyes; he couldn't use magic if he couldn't see.] Do no be acting stupid, one of the kidnappers.

Sorry, I have to ask just to make sure; does the costume make Chihiro's sex any more apparent? ^^;
I'm glad your fears were nothing. May I guess your feelings were returned?
It's fine! Hmmm... I guess he'll have his coat all buttoned up so it's still kind of hard to tell.
