♬ 001. Make heaven, heaven out of hell now.
Characters: Sayaka Maizono and you, you, youuuu~
Setting: First wandering in the dorms, then Cafeteria and Floor 14.
Format: Delicious actionspam, but I can match.
Summary: +1 idol girl freaking out at all the freaky things here, and thinking she ended up in hell or something.
Warnings: Mentions of death, some Dangan Ronpa spoilers probably.
[ Dorm 1-05, then the rest of the floor. ]
[ Tic... tic... tic...
Such an annoying noise... stop it... s-stop...
... where... what the hell is it? It sounds like a... a heartbeat. Coming from within... her chest? ]
Ahh...!
[ Sayaka opens her eyes abruptly, gasping as if she just woke up from a nightmare. This ceiling... it's not the bathroom. She's laying on top of something soft... a mattress? ]
... [ She's expected her body to hurt more than this, or rather... she thought that knife stuck in her chest eventually killed her, but as she moves her hand to feel around that area, she notes with shock that... there's nothing there. She sits up abruptly, patting her chest frantically, there's no pain, no pain at all... and no knife stuck in her. There's something uncomfortably wrapped around her neck- is this a collar? Wh-what...
Finding the two letters next to her, she's moved by the urge to open them and read.
... ]
... My world is destroyed?! [ She finds herself yelping. What- what kind of sick joke is this? That can't be possible, she was there before she... died? Passed out? No, she's sure her heart stopped before her brain shut out. But then, why did she wake up without a wound in her body? She can't read the rest of the letters, discarding them to the side for now, those words stuck in her head. This is all... so ridicolous... the school, her career, her idol group, her fans... everyone...
Her thoughts then wander to a specific person, but she quickly chases them away before they can affect her more than she is already. There's no way he and her other classmates could be here, right? She's the one who died, not them.
...
After the initial panic attack, Sayaka takes some sweet time scanning the surroundings. Four beds, bedside tables, nothing else catches her attention- ah... except, the chest under her bed. She pulls it out, examining it for a while- until she decides not to open it yet. With how confused she is, opening a strange chest out of nowhere sounded like a real bad idea in her head. First, she must know what on earth is going on. Is this a dream? It feels like one, doesn't it?
Some time later, she decides to bite the bullet and peek outside of her room, before getting to wander through the floor in search of someone who can help her understand... whatever there is to understand. ]
[ Cafeteria ]
[ Sayaka was already worn out from the shock and stress of suddenly waking up, revived after dying miserably, and then being faced with discovery after discovery that surely did no good to her poor heart... but she decided to at least explore a little through the stairway to give herself an idea of where she was thrown in, after a kind soul pointed her to the stairs. Needless to say, she regretted the decision quickly. Without looking back, out of fear and survivor instict, she managed to descend all the way down to the first floor, where a cafeteria was in sight.
She almost wobbles her way in, sitting at the first table she finds, practically draping herself over it, hiding her face in her arms. The poor girl doesn't have the time to cry at her own misery, that she finds a dish with... something less than inviting appearing in front of her. This is food, right?
... Taste be damned, she's going to gulp that thing called oatmeal down. Eugh. At least it's going to fill her stomach for the day. ]
[ Floor 14 ]
[ Once she calms down enough, Sayaka decides to explore each floor thoroughly... at least the ones that don't give her feelings of dread. The surroundings of this floor surprise her in a vaguely pleasant way, although she's still pretty wary of everything. She'll poke around, eventually finding some of the music she can recognize from her own world. Relaxing needs to be a thing that happens, she cried enough today... and so, she's found sitting down on one of the couches, eyes closed as she lets herself get lulled by the song in the earphones.
Hell has its own pleasantries, at the very least.

[ That makes her even more confused. In a way, though, she should be glad she doesn't remember anything. But, just out of curiosity, she'll ask. ]
Do you know whatever happened to me while I was here?
no subject
[...It'd take him a while before he continued.]
At one point, you were sent home to your ruined world, because that's what happens whenever someone's sent back.
no subject
Huh? Sent in my ruined world...?
no subject
...
At least, that's what I've heard in the network.
no subject
... Nobody would survive that.
no subject
[...Yeah he hasn't told her about how death works in this place doesn't it.]
no subject
[ Yep, he really should. The other person who told her about people being revived is Rei, and Sayaka is not sure the girl is that much right in the head. ]
no subject
Or at least, we can't stay dead.
[He knows, after all, he had been killed once last month after all.]
no subject
[ Really, really messed up. ]
If I'm here, then it makes sense. [ And she's not sure it's a good thing that she was brought back to life at all. Speaking of which... ]
Ne, Naegi-kun... I talked with Togami-kun earlier. He... told me quite a few things. [ It all happened today, so it's hard to get over all the informations she was given. ]
no subject
[...]
Togami-san's here?
no subject
no subject
[There's an awkward shake of his head from him.]
A-anyways, uh, you should finish that oatmeal.
[While the awkward continued to persist, at the very least he's... trying to steer the conversation away from all the despair he went through upon the discovery that she was dead back home.]
no subject
[ This is so awkward, and yet... she's kinda glad that he's not resentful at her or anything of the sort. Picking at the food again, she still debates on whether she should just tell Naegi about what Togami revealed to her, or wait until there's a right time to. ]
no subject
[There's a nervous laughter from him as he's sort of glad that they're sticking to the topic right now, because hahah what is not having to air his guilt to her.]
no subject
P... Puke? Why would something like that happen?
no subject
[Not that he knows why that happens as well. But either ways there's an uneasy laughter coming from him as he said that sentence.]

[Like, for example, dead people coming back to live, exchanging souls as if they're candies. And speaking of candies, mutilate your bodies and attaching a costume on them.
Oh, and brainwashing too.]
no subject
Like what?
no subject
[Hm, how to put it...]
It's a little hard to put into words, but I guess I'm curious how it ended up that way.
no subject
no subject
[Other than the fact that there's no history books mentioning this place at all.]
no subject
Maybe these... admins are researchers, themselves.
no subject
[Makes it all the more mysterious to be honest.]
