Characters: Izanami and YOU!
Setting: The graveyard
Format: Starting in commentspam, but I will shift!
Summary: Izanami is a goddess of death. It's only natural she care for the graves that have appeared.
Warnings: Izanami is her own warning.
[A graveyard. Perhaps it's only natural she care for it. She can't serve as the goddess of Yomi here, but she can make sure the graves remain tended. So she's slowly making her rounds today, humming an old song as she dusts off graves and disposes of any dead and withered flowers brought up from the meadow floor. She's easily approachable, and may even seem like a ghost with her pale coloring! Do you dare approach?]

[After all, there were twenty-three he made bonds with, however small, that vanished from this place... however much he tries not to linger on the thought for long. It's also probably telling of his and Izanagi's mentality that he just leans into that hug, even if the tears refuse to come. He's already learned the truth of how even death cannot separate them, after all.
Doesn't mean it doesn't hurt though, or that his newly repaired glasses weren't burning a hole in his pocket. Sometimes it sucked, being so empathic towards the living.]
Arigatou, Izanami. [Belated as it may be, he embraces her as well.] ....Perhaps we both know this pain too well.
[...Izanagi did you just give him that push again. It's getting harder to tell.]
