As the tower awoke to the leashes binding them to the others, they were of course curious. And those who weren't...well perhaps the person on the other end came to find them. Knowing who you're attached to and feeling is probably for the best.

Nothing seems to be just what it seems in this place after all.

[ Minato was moving around as well, probably the exact reason that the leash moved even when Terezi didn't. Honestly, the idea of this sickened him. They weren't dogs to be used.

He'd grabbed his own sword, his pistol (tucked away nice and safe), and his Evoker. When he saw the leash went through walls, he realized it had to be attached to something. Obviously, the only thing left to do would be to see where it led. ]

[And when she finally reaches the end of the rainbow, so to speak, she finds a boy with blueberry hair and eyes. Their collars are attached, oddly enough, and she tilts her head with a grin.]

Oooh, who are you?

[ ... That was not what he had been expecting at all. Apparently he is attached to one of the trolls he hasn't met yet, huh? ]

[She nods absently, crossing the space between them to stand on her tiptoes and sniff him.]

[ Pausing. Something else is slightly more interesting to him at the moment, however. ]

Terezi! You know other trolls?

[ A nod, as he looks down to his mp3 player, turning down the volume. ]

Quite a few of you by now, actually. I'm surprised we haven't met before now, Terezi-san.

[ ... Granted, when he looks at the leash that has them both attached to one another? ]

Though, I would have preferred meeting in a different way than this.

It's probably some sort of experiment.

[ Terezi might be feeling some strong emotions from nowhere, here, as Minato isn't happy. A lot of sadness, and a little bitterness, because these leashes and collars remind him far too much of his time as the Kirijo Group's labrat.

Wanting to change the subject, instead he lowers his sword, holsters his Evoker on his belt once more, and then motions to Terezi's swords. ]

But I can appreciate your taste in weapons, Terezi-san. I use swords myself.

[She blinks at the sudden rush of emotions, as what she's feeling is quite different: Curiosity and amusement. Terezi is silent as she tugs at the collar thoughtfully. The leash isn't keep them from moving around, certainly, but that sadness she just felt certainly wasn't hers. She's distracted by the next comment, though, and grins again.]

Swords are the best! These are kind of new. I used to only use the cane.

[ And Minato is unaware of that effect. At least, at present. He is good enough at hiding his emotions that he can focus well on the topic change. ]

You used a cane?

[ He has to admit, something is odd about this troll in particular. A cane... a cane. Why would you have a cane... ]

Personally, I agree. Though I keep my Evoker with me as well. Sorry for coming up to you armed, I was expecting a possible fight.

Not to ruin your good impression of my intelligence, Terezi-san, but have you tried using magic on this leash, or severing it? It might be best to wait it out, but I don't like the implications of why they decided to attach us together like this.

[ Who knew what could happen if they were connected? Besides, it made them kind of vulnerable. More than he cared to be. ]
