[closed] your concrete heart isn't beating, and you tried to make it come alive
Characters: Madoka & Sayaka
Setting: Cafeteria
Format: Actionspam
Summary: After this trainwreck, Madoka chooses to deal with it by running off crying and trying to find Sayaka. Oops.
Warnings: Typical meguca angst
[ There's one person in particular that Madoka's mind drifts to, the one person who seems to understand the torture these places promote like she does, the one person who understood, anymore.
Sayaka.
But where was she?
Wiping the tears away from her face proved to be a futile move, as she couldn't stop herself from crying. Why did that have to turn into such a disaster? Maybe she shouldn't have been so harsh...Homura really did mean the best, even if her methods of doing so weren't really healthy or friendly. And this was a different Homura, not the shy flower she knew.
But for the moment, nothing could be done. It would be more productive to actually seek out Sayaka. She lurked around the lower levels, right? Might as well start at the cafeteria. And so down the elevator she went, tentatively looking around the cafeteria while attempting to hold off her crying.
Ah. There she was. That was easy. ]

[Sayaka nearly tips over the cup she'd been idly messing with, but executes a nice safe! before the contents get spilled. She carefully rights it before turning her full attention on Madoka.]
..That was a close one. What's up, Mado... [Sayaka softly trails off mid-name, upon comprehending Madoka's clearly anguished expression. She's on her feet in less than a second.]
What happened?!
