Of monsters and madness [open]
Characters: Taiki
Setting: His room (2-20), Floor forty seven, going to floor forty five
Format: Either
Summary: Taiki is back, has a run in with a monster and recovers
Warnings: Monsters, demons, blood sickness
Taiki was so glad to wake up back in his bed, he summoned Sanshi straight away and clung to her as he took in the fact he was back, he could feel Gyousou's presence. He was no longer in the world where even Youma were dead, where plants and the very stars in the sky had no life to them.
When he had calmed down he got up and pulled on his clothes, wrapping Gyousou's cloak around him, it was colder than it had been and it was good that the cloak was so big, it wrapped round him a lot.
He and Sanshi set off down the tower to find Gyousou, the bloodsickness wasn't too bad at the moment, but just being in the tower weighed down upon him. Still it was better to be here than in a world where Gyousou... where all the people of Tai, were dead.
He followed the presence, making his way down the stair case slowly. Until he found himself in the room full of curtains. Gyousou wasn't here but Taiki couldn't shake the feeling that something was. He had been through here before of course, and it was always a struggle. This time... He couldn't help himself. He had to know, he turned and pulled back one of the curtains.
And screamed as he was met by a Zombie. Bloodsickness hit him and he Gohran roared as he appeared beside him. Sanshi snatched Taiki up and sped from the room, leaving Gohran to take down the zombie.
Sanshi ran through the pitch black room, down the stairs to the observetory. She pulled Taiki towards her as he trembled from fear and sickness, coming back to himself a few moments later to a faceless creature crawling on the glass above him, he huddled into Sanshi's embrace.

He squints, calling out worriedly:] Taiki?

[He approaches once he's recognised, kneeling once he's across from the pair so that Taiki doesn't have to strain himself looking up. He glances over Taiki for injuries, his brow furrowed in distress.] What happened?

Is there anything I can do?

You don't smell of blood though, so you will do him no harm to be near him.

Alright. Should we take him to his dormitory?

[Taiki opened his eyes, looking sad and ashamed.] I'm sorry mister Kirkland... I'll be alright in a moment, I don't want to be any trouble...

[He fidgets a tad awkwardly, glancing a few times between Taiki and a particularly interesting segment of floor, before deciding to address Sanshi.]
I'll keep the path clear on the way up.

She followed him, Taiki held tightly in her arms.]
