The retrieval unit dumps you, in whatever state you happen to be in, into a cell. To those familiar with Jason, this isn't the clean, polished hospital look of Jason's usual quarters. No, if anything this is an abandoned hospital. There's mold on the floor and the paint is peeling off the walls. It's certainly high tech--the door that blocks your cell is made of some sort of nearly invisible force field--but it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few decades.

Once you're secure in your cell, you will have the ability to move your body again. All supernatural skills have been disabled--no one is more powerful than an Olympic-level human inside these cells.

[The girl pushes at the barrier keeping her in her cell suddenly, and the barrier rips open at her touch. She falls forward--her legs don't seem to be working, so instead she drags herself over with her hands, clawing at the floor as she does.]

Whyyyyyyy arrrrrrrre youuuuuuu heeeeeeere?

[Her entire body jerks abruptly to the left and then she's standing in the center of the room.]

*He resists a shudder, though his hands clench as he forces himself to stand his ground against his own flood of memories.*

Tell us why you're here first and maybe I'll explain.

[Richtofen grabs his hat and yanks it back on. Embarrassed about his moment of weakness, he scrambles to his feet. His hands are still shaking, half out of fear, half out of anger.]

Isn't it obvious? She's a test subject. [He glares at the girl, consequences be damned.] Aren't you?! Just like Ruana! A useless, filthy experiment gone wrong!

[Hey, creepy child, have a mad scientist with a grudge against little girls shouting at you. Can't go wrong at all, right?]

[The girl looks at Richtofen. His cell shrinks from all sides, impossibly, until he can just barely fit into it standing as he is. It remains like that. The girl looks at Margulis a moment later.]

Nooooooooot gonnnnnnne wronnnnnnnnnng.

*He shoots Richtofen a withering glare, but the shrinking cell gets a bit of a smirk. As unsettling as the girl is, at least she knows how to stand up for herself. But if she is an experiment, she could either be an enemy or an ally. His tone softens somewhat, more suited for a civil conversation than an interrogation.*

We're here for openly defying Jason. Is he the reason for your current state as well?

[Richtofen starts shouting as soon as his cell starts shrinking. He doesn't seem to care that Margulis and the girl are speaking; his only concern is letting everyone know just how displeased he is with his situation.]

Hey- Hey! Stop that! I cannot move! You- Schweinehund! Listen to me! The doctor does not like this shrinking cell business! Are you listening? I said change it back!

[Richtofen's cell begins, very slowly but steadily, growing smaller. The girl ignores him, however.]

Nooooooooo. Donnn't knowwww himmmmmm.

*He shoots another glare at Richtofen, then gives the girl a look that almost seems sympathetic.*

He's a scientist that controls this tower and treats us as experiments as well.

*While he hasn't been subjected to one of Jason's experiments himself, he has heard of what he does. More than enough to despise him.*

[doctor_dismemberment]

[Richtofen just keeps screaming, thrashing around as much as he can in the enclosed space.]

What? Nein! I said bigger, dummkopf, bigger! This is unacceptable! Let me out! Out, I said! Agh!

[Richtofen's cell turns on its side, leaving him laying on his back as the cell continues to grow smaller.

As Margulis explains who Jason is, the girl draws back, climbing backward up the wall and hissing like a furious cat.]

Baaaaaad. Heeeeee's baaaaaad.

*At this point, he's just ignoring Richtofen. If he gets himself killed like this, he brought it on himself. Instead of reacting to the doctor, he actually kneels down as if he were dealing with any other frightened person.*

Yes, that's why we were resisting him. I'm certain that as someone who's been treated similarly, you can understand our situation.

[doctor_dismemberment]

[Richtofen sucks in a breath as he's flipped onto his back. It's becoming hard to breathe, and, in light of this, he changes up his tactic. He actually waits until Margulis is finished talking to speak up this time.]

Er- Ahem. Um, excuse me? Aha, yes, but it is getting a little bit, um- [He coughs.] -hard to breathe in here... V-very tight fit, haha.

[He's already died by having his chest crushed once in this Tower. He does not intend to die like that again.]

Do you think you could maybe, pretty please, let the doctor have a little bit more room? It would be very much appreciated.

Werrrrre youuuuu baaaaaaaaad?

[The girl begins walking toward Margulis's cell. Richtofen's cell stops shrinking. It expands a little, enough to allow him to lay on his back stretched out and with breathing room, but no more than that.]

We were defiant and refused to submit when he came to stop us himself. I can't speak for that fool in the other cell, but my actions were part of an attempt to put an end to Jason's cruelty.

[doctor_dismemberment]

[Once he has breathing room, Richtofen forces himself to lay quietly, for the most part. That is, until he hears Margulis. He calls out to him.]

I heard that! [Then he mutters under his breath:] Dick.

Thaaaat'ssss whyyyyy. [She continues walking forward until she's just in front of the barrier that keeps Margulis in.]
