Another new arrival.
Characters: Tear, and anyone who wants to talk to a young lady wearing a blanket dress.
Setting: Room 3-07, or around the third dorm floor.
Format: Any! Starting in prose, but I'll match~
Summary: Tear can't get naked in public. ;A;
Warnings: None yet~
The sleep paralysis had been bad, but seeing what she was wearing when she awoke was even worse. A skin-tight bodysuit that showed off everything was NOT okay. It was absolutely mortifying actually. She climbed out of bed, quickly assembling her bedding into a makeshift toga, then skimmed through the letters she found.
Frowning thoughtfully, she put them away, and found the trunk at the end of her bed. Thankfully, her uniform was resting inside, along with her weapons, and an item that made her blush slightly before she hurriedly closed the lid on it, hoping no one had seen.
Seeing the other beds in the room, she realized it was not an acceptable place to change her clothes, and she slipped out in search of a bathroom or... private closet. Something.

Only kinda.
Luke glanced down at that moment, finally noticing that she was just wearing the jumpsuit. Man, that thing had been uncomfortable when he woke up in it; he had been so glad to get the damn thing off. Why the heck was she running around in it like that? Better yet, why was she taking her blanket around with her?
"Er... do you need a place to chance or something?"
no subject
Just when she was thinking that it was entirely possible that Luke had done something to deserve what had happened, and that maybe she shouldn't judge Asch too harshly yet, Luke reminded her that she was still wearing the horrible suit.
She nodded, attempting to cover herself more with the blanket somehow.
"...Yes."
no subject
"Why didn't you just change in your room?"
Seriously, and people call him an idiot.
no subject
LUKE why do you have to make everything horrible? She didn't want to talk about her inability to change in front of others, she just wanted her uniform on.
"Just wait here for a moment..."
She started toward the bathroom before he could say anything else.
no subject
Luke spun around as she took off, confused for a moment, before following after her. At least he had the decency not to go into the bathroom after her... probably a small comfort, since he was right outside the door.
"...you know we all showed up in those things, right?" he called in after her, wondering why she was freaking out so bad.
no subject
So instead she just didn't say anything. And when she was finished changing, she exited the stalls with her neatly folded blanket.
no subject
"Feel better now?"
no subject
She paused for a moment, looking at his hair once again.
"Luke, how long have you been here?"
no subject
He seriously hoped winter would be short too, at least compared to winter on Auldrant.
no subject
She started back toward her room, glancing back to make sure he was coming also.
"Maybe it's slower than our time somehow... That would explain none of us realizing you were missing."
no subject
He trailed off a moment, curious by what she said.
"Wait... you didn't realize I was missing? How could you not have? I ended up here after we fought Legretta."
no subject
When she reached her door, she looked inside. Seeing nobody, she entered, and placed her folder blanket on her bed.

She turned and stared at him for a moment. The hair, the attitude... That would make sense, IF something like that were even possible.
"Luke, that can't be... Are you sure you don't remember anything after that?"
no subject
He paused, his expression turning a bit solemn.
"...Asch mentioned that was months ago for him too, and that I was there on Auldrant too," he explained. If Tear was saying it too, it had to be true. He frowned, scrunching his face up. "What does this mean...?"
no subject
More replicas? That was really the only solution that popped into her head, but it didn't really make sense either. And she hoped that wasn't the case, anyway.
"I'm not sure I believe the letter about our home being destroyed, and these time discrepancies only make me more suspicious."
She made her way around to her trunk, and barely cracked the lid open so she could reach an arm inside, but not show off the contents. she retrieved her extra set of knives and turned away from Luke to secure them to her garter.
"What do you know about this place?"
no subject
"This place is run by these admins, and they're pretty horrible," he began, trying to explain as best he could. "They alternate who's in charge. The worst of them, Jason, is in charge this month. You can usually tell who's in charge when you look at the cafeteria menu.
"The floors have all kinds of different stuff on them, but not all of them are safe. To be honest, I don't go on many of the other floors; I just stick to the cafeteria, dorms, and meadow unless I'm with someone."
Luke? Taking precautions? Yeah, you know it's serious.
He snapped his fingers after a moment, something dawning on him.
"Oh, yeah. You need to eat the oatmeal in the cafeteria. You're not going to be able to eat anything else until you do."
no subject
Still though, her confusion eclipsed her faint feelings of pride
in his growth. Why kidnap people and lie to them? Why force them to eat something?
She turned to him again.
"Oatmeal? Why?"
no subject
no subject
Because it seemed a little strange to give prisoners amenities like cafeterias or as much freedom to move about.

Speaking of cheagles... something started to wriggle around under Luke's coat, before a pair of pink ears poked out from under his shirt, followed by a matching pink cheagle head.
"Mieu mieu?" Amnon asked.
Luke let out an exasperated noise, pushing his head down a little. "No, we weren't talking about you."
no subject
Tear found that idea fairly disturbing... Until she heard that familiar cry. Personal space was suddenly a thing of the past, and Tear's face was suddenly right in front of his chest. She stared at Amnon, her face glazing over with joy.
"Oh, Luke!"
no subject
Amnon wiggled up a little more, giving a curious sniff at Tear. Luke rolled his eyes skyward, though there was an amused smirk on his face. He scooped his hands into his jacket, pulling the little guy out so Tear didn't have to shove her face in his chest to see him... n-not that he had too many objections to this.
"...his name's Amnon. He was a... reward from the Admins for surviving one of their little events."
no subject
"Amnon..."
She backed off just a bit, and held her hand out to the cheagle. Her breath was held in anticipation as she waited to see if he would accept her or not.
no subject
"Mieuuuu..." Amnon cooed, nuzzling against her hand. Luke just rolled his eyes again.
