Blankets. Blankets everywhere. Also pillows. And was that a penguin or two?

V/V stopped arranging blankets to survey her work. Yes, this was a good enough place for a cuddleparty. There would be people coming soon to share body heat aplenty. And then it wouldn't feel quite so cold, and maybe it would be fun, too.

Nestling in a blanket herself, she waited to see who would arrive.

[Threadjacking encouraged and enjoyed. Allllll the cuddles.]

Chihiro did not get the memo for this and just kind of stumbles into this.

"Eh? What's going on here...?"

"We're having a cuddlefest!" V/V waves from her pile of blankets. "Body heat is a good way of beating the cold. Would you like to join us?"

[Tohko, as promised, has brought along her blankets and pillow, and she was wearing her cloak and cape. She had also managed to bring quite a few penguins into the room, and was bringing the rest of what she could find, determined not to split up a family.

When Tohko saw V/V, Tohko waved towards her, putting her blankets into a pile, and walked towards her.]

Good evening, V/V! How are you? Need any help?

I think I've got it almost all set up now. We can start with the cuddling any time!

[tohko_amano]

Well, that's great! This should be a lot of fun!

[Tohko grabs her blankets and a small penguin and sits down beside V/V, putting the blankets over her and putting the penguin next to them. It squawks a little bit, but a few pets quiet it down.]

[The blankets look a little weird because of V/V's wings, but that's okay.]

I think so too.

[A little, but not much. Tohko nodded, and, smiling, handed V/V the penguin, even though it was squawking a little.]

Do you want to hold him? He's quite friendly, trust me!

[heavenscorpse]

I'd like to hug him if that's okay with him. [Pet pet, hug the squeaky penguin.]

[The squeaky penguin doesn't seem to mind getting petted, and Tohko puts him in V/V's lap.]

He'll be fine with him. I've hugged him a few times already, and he seems to like it.

[ And then Sayaka arrives, bringing the only blanket she managed to snatch, aka her own. Seeing all those other blankets, though, brings her hope that her contribution is going to be enough for the cause. ]

Oh, you're welcome! I'm just happy I could help. It's been getting so cold recently, so something like this should really warm everyone up.

There are several sayings like that..and I'm pretty sure this event will manage to warm up quite a few hearts, as well as bodies.

Ow! [ She removes it from her face and then wraps it around herself as well... and whoever may happen to be next to her, yep. ]

I'm glad there's at least a portion of people who are not too shy about this.

I think surviving and bein warm is the most important thing. [She scoots a little closer on the floor.]
