002 - Delirium isn't fun.
Characters: Rose Lalonde and you!
Setting: Around the tower
Format: I'll match you!
Summary: Rose was unable to escape this weird flu going around and is trying to take care of herself. Trying, being the keyword there.
Warnings: Swearing? Sickness. Idk, probably not much other than that.
She'd been wandering a little aimlessly for a while now. Face flushed, that is probably the most obvious clue that she's gotten sick too. If not, she's also sweating slightly and looks like she hasn't slept in a week (In truth, she's been sleeping more than she's comfortable with).
She'd ventured out of her room for medicine and maybe something to eat, but thanks to this pounding headache (and maybe her fever? She's not sure if that's affecting her or not) she has she keeps forgetting what she was doing. Thankfully she has the help of her Dragonite and Espeon, otherwise she might just get stranded in some room to sit and suffer.
Either way, she can be found wandering. Sometimes she knows where she's going, some times she looks a little lost. Maybe you can help?

floor 32
She just wants to be away from people, so she's walking through the floors, hoping to find an isolated spot. The Cathedral was out of the question. It reminds her too much of her rampage. Instead, she's settled for one of the floating islands. At least, it's a pretty spot for her to sulk in.
She perks up, just a little bit, at the sight of the seemingly familiar girl.
"Hey."
The greeting is quiet and half-hearted. She's doing it as a courtesy more than anything.

"Oh. Salutations." Even though her companions fuss and try to get her to go towards the stairs, she waves them off and wanders over to her. Sorry, guys, new person to meet! Far more important right now. At least she wraps her long pink scarf around her neck another time to help keep warm. "How are you today?"
no subject
She looks up at Rose, but doesn't move from the spot where she's sitting.
"What about you?

no subject
"Rose? Are you okay? You sound...odd."
She leans over and tries to take a closer look at Rose.
no subject
Now she kind of feels bad.

Rei pulls away from the other girl.
"So this is what happens when people leave."
She has to wonder where Rose went, and if she was happy there. Did she have a John and monsters movies to keep her company?
no subject
Most likely. She went back home, after all, so it would only make sense to have them there. Right?
Unless the Tower works differently than Johto did, she doesn't know.
no subject
There's just a little bit more energy to her voice. In a way, she had lost a friend, but here was an opportunity to make a new one.
"Glad to meet you again."
Normally, she would extend her hand to Rose, but she doesn't know if she can trust her own body at the moment.

"Nope. Only since October. But I got to play some fun games. And I met the other version of you during one of them."

outside dorm 1-12
[Elliot was none too pleased about this, and managed to foil several of John's attempts, but eventually John got to a point where he would not stand being confined to an empty bed by a mother hen ghost.]
[If Rose happens to come back at just the right time, she'll find John struggling with Elliot in front of the door to his bedroom.]
Leggo, Elliot! [Cough cough.] Jus' gonna go find Rose, I'll be fiiinnee!
no subject
John, you should be laying down.
no subject
Rose! You're ba-- hey!!!
[Elliot takes advantage of Rose's distraction and hefts John up over his shoulder, dragging him back inside the bedroom so that he can plop John back on the bed. He does, at least, leave the door open for Rose and Vodka.]
no subject
Guile, would you please shut the door?
[[She obliges, closing the door followed by hopping onto the bed to sniff John a little. Rose relaxes a bit and then smiles back at John and his ghost dad.]]
What were you doing out of bed?
no subject
Goin' to find you.
[His voice is even hoarser today than it was yesterday. At this rate, he'll lose his voice completely in a day or so. Elliot resumes his spot at the foot of the bed, just...floating there. Watching the door. The ghost with one eye watches all the things, that's his job.]
no subject
You sound horrible.
no subject
Whaaaat? You mean you don't find my gravelly man voice to be attra--[Coughing fit, please stand by. Okay, more water.] ...attractive?
[John...no.]
no subject
[[And that's when she stops, pinching her nose and scrunching her face up a little. Come on sneeze. Stay down!]]
no subject
[His throat hurts, weh.]
So where'd you go, anyway?
no subject
no subject
Any luck?
[Kind of seems like more and more people are getting sick, don't you think? John wouldn't be surprised if they're starting to run out.]
no subject
I think so.

no subject
Stupid flu...we should get this in us I guess.
no subject
Y-Yeah. [Hack.] After you, then.
Floor 48; Graveyard
Dave was just walking through this time, glancing at all the names. He's pretty sure there are more graves now than there used to be, Christ.
He wrapped his cape around him tightly, shivering still. Dave was not meant for cold weather, most definitely. Even with Missy by his side, although the pokemon seemed to be wary of their surroundings. But it might be because of Dave really. He seemed tense, even without the shivering and coughing and sneezing. He kept glancing around him every so often, like he was looking for something or someone.
no subject
So if Dave didn't know they were there before, he likely has an inkling they are now.
Hey. Hey, he doesn't mind if she kind of leans against him a little when she finally reaches him, right? Not that she really means to but ugh she feels really heavy.
no subject
Dave glances at Missy than to Rose's Pokemon. "Shouldn't you be back in your dorm room?" Like he's one to talk.
no subject
"I'm trying to find medicine. You haven't seen any running around, have you?"

Floor 36
When Enoch saw the movement from the corner of his eye, he looked up...only to see a lost-looking girl wandering around.
"Are you all right?" he asked, pushing his hood back just a little so Rose had more of a face to see and not some vague fire-deep shadows behind the hood.
no subject
Oh. It looks really warm over there.
"I'm all right." Wandering in Enoch's direction, she stands close to the fire. He can probably tell she's not 'all right', if not for her obvious flu symptoms than at least by the fact she wobbles slightly when she stands still. "I'm warm now, at least. Are you all right?"
