☆TWO
Characters: Alfred F. Jones and YOU
Setting: Gymnasium
Format: I'll follow you
Summary: Just trying to keep warm.
Warnings: None right now.
[Alfred had gotten in the habit of a morning jog since school had ended, and he figured he might as well keep it up in the Tower as well. You never knew in a place like this when you needed to be in good shape. Plus, it was a good way to keep warm when there was no heat in the building.
Today especially he was feeling quite warm before he even finished a lap around the track. Too warm. He tried to keep going, but his legs were starting to feel like lead weights, and his head ached. Three-quarters of the way around the oval, Alfred gave up, wobbling over to lean on a piece of exercise equipment to catch his breath. Phew. This was obviously consequence of trying to exist on nutribars alone.]

People didn't tend to disturb you either, while you were concentrating on bench pressing unmarked weights. Especially since the actual weight of them seemed to never stay the same day to day; it did mean one had to look around sometimes to try and find the weights you wanted to train with.
He was just lifting the bar carefully onto the stable part of the equipment in order to sit up and recover from the last set. When he caught a glimpse of the kid - no this guy was slightly older than the average kid age he'd encountered around the Tower. Not a very healthy kid, either. He'd probably overdone it. This room could do that to you.
Sephiroth stretched his shoulders out and wiped a fresh line of sweat from his brow. That didn't look like a particularly stable piece of equipment either, if that weight shaking at the top was anything to go by.
He should just let it alone. Kids learn from mistakes after all. But then what would be worse; he'd have to deal with a screaming teenager if he broke something - or worse if that ended up falling on his-]
Might not want to lean on that.
