[Alfred had gotten in the habit of a morning jog since school had ended, and he figured he might as well keep it up in the Tower as well. You never knew in a place like this when you needed to be in good shape. Plus, it was a good way to keep warm when there was no heat in the building.

Today especially he was feeling quite warm before he even finished a lap around the track. Too warm. He tried to keep going, but his legs were starting to feel like lead weights, and his head ached. Three-quarters of the way around the oval, Alfred gave up, wobbling over to lean on a piece of exercise equipment to catch his breath. Phew. This was obviously consequence of trying to exist on nutribars alone.]

[Wriggle was on her way to the floor just underneath, hoping that her insect companions would help keep her warm when she noticed the figure hunched over. There was something quite... familiar about him she couldn't put her finger on it. That cowlick...]

Hey, do I know you?

[Alfred looked up, squinting at the new voice. Not anyone he recognized-- maybe she'd been under him in school?] Dunno. I'm Alfred.

[wrigurun]

[She squinted a little. Even though she'd originally had her suspicious it really wasn't anyone she knew]

Okay, I don't know you.

I'm Wriggle by the way.

[redwhiteandhero]

[He coughs a little and forces a smile, holding his hand out to shake. Alfred that's gross.] Nice to meet you.

[wrigurun]

[She hovers off the ground slightly to meet his level and shakes his hand enthusiastically. He seems like a nice guy, no harm in being friendly]

Nice you meet you too!

Of course I can!
