intro | open!
Characters: Sakuya and OPEN
Setting: Around the tower; see options.
Format: [like this]
Summary: just this girl's intro. She decides to get a feel of the place first and try to find people she might know.
Warnings: none yet
[ Option A: Sakuya wakes up in her assigned room, 3-05, shaken. Her first instinct is to get up and simply find who's done this to her. Feeling captured and incapacitated is nothing she'll ever be fond of. It makes her sick. So as soon as the sleep paralysis is over, you can be sure she will be getting right to her feet. If you're in the room with her or just happen to be passing outside, she'll be pointing a knife right at you threateningly and demanding answers. ] Who are you and where am I--? [ A hand will reach to her neck where she feels the violet collar. ] What... what is this? Answer me!
[ Option B: Floor 22, the Gallery. The click, click, click of her boots echo along the hall. If you actually run into her, you may notice that she's... wearing a maid outfit. As if she came straight from a maid cafe. In fact, she blends in quite nicely with this gallery, like something right out of a Victorian novel. She's still on edge, but she can spare you a polite, if somewhat uncertain, nod as she passes you.
If you happen to catch her staring at a painting from her world, she'll strike up a conversation: ] At least they had the culture to save these paintings as well, mm...
[ Option C: Dormitories, later. Sakuya's got a job as a maid! At least that's something that does happen to be familiar. There's just something so calming in cleaning (at least she thinks so). Perhaps it's the repetitiveness of the motion of washing, drying, ironing, and folding fabric. She'll be going to rooms to provide your beds with clean sheets. Even making them for you with perfect hospital corners! But before she enters, of course she'll knock and ask: ] May I enter...?
[ Option D: Floor One, Cafeteria. Just... looking at her oatmeal. Oh come on. This is horrible food! ]
[ Option E: Floor Twenty. So here's one opening to the outside, but for some reasons her flight powers don't work here. With arms folded across her body, she'll simply be gazing at the outside, trying to see if she can spot anything through the clouds. ]

Option A
You're in the tower! Well. A tower. I don't think it has a name. [She stares warily down at the knife pointed at her, and ever so slowly motions with one of her hands to her own neck, where a collar similar to the one Sakuya is currently wearing is.] And I'm the same as you. A prisoner.

You'll have to trust me. [Which is probably a horrible thing to say in this scenario.] I... I've been here for a while. I still don't know a lot, but I can try earning that trust by answering any questions you might have. Is that okay?

You're stuck in a tower... nobody really knows if it has a name or not, I think. There are over forty floors, most of them are dangerous in some way, and almost all of them have some sort of monsters roaming around. You need to keep an eye out.
[There's a pause as she coughs, momentarily covering her face with her bedsheet as she does so. Her head may feel achy and stuffy, but she still has sense enough to try and prevent her flu from spreading to another.] The people in charge are called the administrators, and from what I can tell, most of them are pretty bad. They like to experiment on us once a month... if you see a whole bunch of people acting strange for some reason or another, chances are, it's because of the people who run this tower.

[Her voice sounds grim, and she frowns.... obviously there are some bad experiences here.]

[ So she says, but it doesn't seem like anything worse than what another youkai would plot to do against another, just for fun. In any case, she lowers her knife. ]

It is... I've been through a lot back in my world, but the things I've seen here... they definitely take the cake.

[ YOU'RE LIKE A SENPAI HERE OR SOMETHING. ]

But I haven't seen the others in a while. You don't have to stay here every night if you don't want to, so that's probably why.

There's a list outside, by the door.
