Summary: Having his version of magical anemia sucks.

Floor 4
[This floor could have been nice for any visitors.

Except for the dead looking body lying on the floor. Not too long ago, Satsujinki collapsed here and, unfortunately for him, he can't move. It's almost as if his body had been drained of energy. The only sign that he's alive is that he's still breathing and, if one gets close enough to tell, his teeth are clenched together in frustration.

Suffering from 'Chronic Vertigo Anemia' frequently caused him to collapse as a kid. It only got worse as he got older. It lasts longer and is quite a bit more severe now than it used to be.

Maybe...just barely, he might be able to talk. Just enough to refuse assistance, even though he needs it.]



Hallways
[At some point, he was able to wave off assistance and is attempting to make it back to his own dorm alone. Being a little handicapped by his lack of sight, he still tried to make the walk, using the wall as a support.

It's not a pretty sight but his expression for anyone who approaches is certainly unwelcoming. He's been living alone for a few years and had to deal with this fairly frequently. As far as he's concerned, he can still deal with it himself.]

[ Was that blood curling shriek of horror enough to snap him out of it? No? Because all of a sudden there's a Satsuki plopped down beside him with a frantic expression on her face. After the other Shiki got his ass kicked, she's been a bit on edge about their well-being. ]

Satsujinki-kun?! Wake up!

[He shakes just a little. It doesn't look like he's getting up right now.]

...just a few minutes.

Floor 4

[ Can this place do anything else other than having people sprawled across the floor? This isn't the first time this week that she gets to see people collapsed on the floor.

She rushes over to see if he is alright, though not touching the person yet. She isn't sure it is safe to suddenly grab a hold of someone she didn't know. chances are, they might attack her or lash in self defense, so she approaches slowly as she calls out a little bit. ]

Hey, you okay...hey.

[ She calls again in a soft tone, trying not to make a big scene. ]

[He trembles a little in response, an attempt from him to try to get up. He knows it's just a matter of time but would rather it be sooner than later.]

Do I look okay?

[xroyal_bratx]

I guess not.

[ She lowers herself when she reaches him and offers him a hand as she sees him trembling in response and the words she barely made out. ]

Where does it hurt? Are you injured?

[ If there seems to be any form of injuries or pain she will take him to the infirmary but if it's something else, she might be able to help with it but she's not so sure. ]

It doesn't hurt. I just don't have any energy.

[It wasn't a smart thing to admit but better to be clear.]

[ As unwelcoming as his face is, Sayaka can't just stand there and watch as he wobbles like that, especially when she realizes he's the guy she met in the aquarium the other day. Here comes the helping, buddy. :| ]

Satsujinki-kun? What's the matter?

[He grimaces a little as it comes out.]

Just normal health issues.

Energy? Do you need food then? I can try to find you something to eat?

[ She mused quietly not sure if it was a good idea. ]

I just need a little time.

[He can actually move his arm a little. Mostly trying to get it under himself so he can get up.]

Are you sure? You look really pale and all.

[ She tries to help him a little but not too much since she doesn't know if he would be okay with it. ]

That's just a side effect.

[His voice is getting a little stronger, thankfully. But he's not fighting being helped up. Though he honestly isn't enjoying it.]

[ She doesn't ask any further as he said that. It seems like he has some reason for being in the state he is. ]

Well, at least allow me to help you to a safer place at least since the hallways isn't always all that safe.

[ She's glad for that but she hasn't notice that he doesn't like it. ]

It's fine. If something was that dangerous, my body would take care of itself.

[Sadly something he wished he had full control over. Those automatic reactions saved his life far too many times.]

Fourth floor

Tohko often passed the fourth floor when she was moving between libraries and traveling around the Tower. However..when she saw her friend collapsed on the floor, she ran to him, worried and a bit scared.

"Hey, Shiki, are you okay? What's wrong?!" She cried as she pulled him to his feet and pulled his arm around her shoulder so that he could stand and support himself on her. Or, at least, tried.

[ Urotsuki stares at the guy a little as he comes down the hallway. With her usual blank expression too, she doesn't seem to feel any particular thing about seeing him like that. In fact, all she does is blinking curiously before she finally speaks up when he's closer. ]

Are you trying to push away the wall..? [ Of course a weird girl is going to assume the weird version first. ]

He was just dead weight, all 130 pounds of him. That probably wasn't much but, then again, he wasn't doing anything to support himself either. Shiki felt as if he was completely out of energy but it wasn't a new feeling. He was used to these kind of attacks.

"Didn't I say to not call me that."

Though he supposed he felt well enough to say that.

This isn't a good place for a nap! [ Was that the problem here? She's not entirely sure. ] You can sleep in my room if you need somewhere to stay the night, but not on the floor like this!

Yes, that's exactly what I'm doing.

[And what a convenient excuse to use. Now, if she asked to help, she would be doing something else while he could escape from the clutches of all those eager to put their spare time on the line.]

He was pretty heavy, but Tohko just bit her lip and dealt with it, determined to pull him to bed and make sure he got some rest. As his words, she sighed.

"Ah..sorry, Satsujinki. I forgot..but what happened to you? What's wrong?" She started to walk out of the room, dragging him with her as best she could.

[Satsuki didn't think Arihiko dragged him out of the middle of classes for yaois, did she? DID SHE???]

Though you shouldn't offer for guys to sleep in your room so easily.

[ Oh god oh god oh god he's right!! ]

S-Sorry! I just thought since I know where my room is and I don't know where your room is that it would be a lot easier!! I didn't mean anything by it, I swear! No one's allowed in my bed ever! Um, unless I give them permission like I would have done for you just now!

[ Can one of the other Shikis kill her right now? Just to put her out of her misery? ]

He takes a deep breath and feels enough strength returning to him to at least speak normally. It's always such a slow process.

"It's a leftover of an injury I had as a kid. The doctors say it's anemia and I suffer attacks from it."

It was a convenient enough excuse given to him by actual medical personal. He knew what exactly was behind it but there was no real cure for it, magical or otherwise.

[He starts to laugh but ends up stopping to take a breath. Wow, this is hard but he's slowly working a hand under himself.]

When Shiki was sick, did you drag him off to your bed too?

[Maybe he's feeling well enough to keep teasing her.]
