Forever is a pretty long time
Characters: Ayaka Sajyou and you!
Setting: Pretty much everywhere the entire week.
Format: Action, but I'll match ~.
Summary: Ayaka's been waiting for prince charming. Ten year later, that bastard has yet to show up.
Warnings: Nothing right now, other than a very angry tsundere.
Doorm floors / around 02-17
[ To be perfectly honest, Ayaka's lost track of the time she's been at the tower. But she knows she's been waiting for a long time. Waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Waiting for her real servant to come along. But that day never came.
She was lonely. She was a twenty-seven year old girl waiting for some dumb servant. How childish.
For the most part, Ayaka hung around the dorm floors. There was nothing to really explore. She was sick of this place. Right now, she's leaning against a random wall and staring off into space. Maybe you should try and talk to her? ]
Floor Twenty-five
[ This place again. There's not much going on except for Ayaka sitting. Occasionally, she'll mumble to herself though the words are pretty unclear. However, the next few words are actually clear! ]
I should have never gotten involved with any of them. I'd rather fight ten Holy Grail Wars then spend a damn minute in the same room as them.
Graveyard
You really have forgotten about me, haven't you?
[ See Ayaka. See Ayaka talking to a particular gravestone. She's sitting, her knees up to her chest as her eyes cast downwards. She knows the gravestone won't answer back but all of these years of built up frustration is starting to finally get to her. ]
Whatever. I don't care anymore. I knew I lost you a long time ago. Lancer isn't a good servant either. He doesn't care about me anymore and neither do you.
[ She buries her face in her knees. ]
I don't care... I don't care... I don't care...
Around the tower.
[ Feel free to spot Ayaka anywhere else in the tower. ]

But ten years is a long time. A lot of people come and go in ten years. Hakuno hates the pain that comes along with being reminded of someone she lost, but she owes them this much. Someone has to visit them, right?
So here she is, slowly walking through the lines of headstones. She pauses, though, when she notices someone hunched over in front of one. Ah, that's...]
Ayaka?
no subject
[ The voice catches her off-guard. Hakuno and Ayaka never really talked much in that last ten years. She didn't know why but to be honest, it didn't bother her too much. Hakuno had her problems and Ayaka had her own. ]
Hello, Hakuno-san.
no subject
[It's true, that during all this time, they didn't talk to each other much. And normally that would mean that Hakuno would ignore the other Master - she had decided years ago that she wanted to distance herself from the headache that was the Holy Grail Wars and most people associated with it as much as possible. She still kept in touch with a few of them, but only a few. Mostly those she met early on in her stay in the tower.
But... she didn't really feel the urge to stay away from Ayaka. Maybe it was because she was another Saber Master? Who knows.]
no subject
[ Despite them not conversing much, Hakuno was pretty much the master Ayaka tolerated so she welcomed her company. It was nice to talk with someone every once in a while. ]
How are you holding up?
no subject
[The past few days have left her a bit listless, to be honest. Ten years meant there was plenty of time to recognize a certain pattern to the experiments that took place each month. Of course the more seasoned residents would notice it, and while she had been blind for some time, as her mind grew sharper, it became easier to pick up on it.]
Something's happening. I'm not sure what yet, but... I'm worried. Do you feel it?

[Lancer smirks at the girl sitting among the stones. He knows she doesn't actually mean him, but his roommate. Still, he can't help but poke at her, though he's not sure if it's because he's angry at how she speaks of his roommate or just because he feels like causing trouble. He's honestly not sure if she will even know who he is since he can't remember having spoken to her before now. Despite that, he feels like he knows her considering how much his roommate has talked about her over the years.]

Please leave. Or at least stay away from me.
no subject
[Lancer crosses the ground between them fairly quickly, stopping to crouch in front of her. If she bothers to look up and notice, his eyes have grown very angry.]
Why isn't he good enough for you! He's given everything to you for how many years, and this is how you repay his loyalty? By wishing for another?
You. Don't. Deserve. Him.
no subject
You pretend to know the situation when you don't. Just because you two have exchanged words does not mean you know me at all. In fact, you're not even a part of our war, so keep your nose out of it.
[ She stands up, moving away from the servant. ]
I'll be taking my leave now. I suggest you stay away from me if you know what's good for you.
This is such a wonderful way for them to meet. X.x His roomie is going to kill him. Repeatedly.
That's fine. Run away, and why not? It's what you have always done. No wonder he doesn't want to come for you.
[Lancer's voice drops to a dark whisper.]
Who would want to serve such an ungrateful brat?
[And then he is gone. Just like that. There's no fun in playing with something so broken anyway.]
Well at least he hasn't killed her?? Then her Lancer would be really pissed!
floor 25
[Lancer materializes behind her, frowning. Though he's no longer overprotective like he was in earlier years, he still sniffed his Master out and popped in to make sure she was alright every now and then.]
Just tell me and I'll make sure they won't bug you again.
no subject
Shouldn't you be chasing tail right now? Or are you just bored?
no subject
Neither. What kind of Servant would I be if I couldn't tell when my Master was unhappy?
[Sure, she was pretty much unhappy all the time now, but she seemed more unhappy than usual.]
no subject
Whatever. Like I care what you do.
[ Spoilers: she does. ]
no subject
I certainly care about what you do. So tell me, Master, who do you want gone?

Her eyes were sharper, the mark of Angra Mainyu more visible, but she was still a knight. Still king. And that meant maintaining her silent watch of the strange girl that had once been the master of a rightfully male King Arthur.]
I know I am not him in the sense you recall, but I am here should you want me for anything.

Thank you, Saber. I apologize for being a burden to you, though.

[Saber offered her hand.]
Though I believe you should not be sitting here staring into the wall as if it were a mirror that can show you what you wish to see.

[ And she takes her hand. ]
I've been in such a daze lately... [ Lately? More like "ten years". ]

So who do you desperately not care enough for that you're out here talking to their tombstone?
no subject
It's none of your concern. Just... Someone.

[ With a scoff. ] So who are they?
