Characters: England and you!
Setting: Various (room 1-20, floors 28, 48, 3, 19)
Format: Starting action, will match!
Summary: A few more centuries have made England even broodier. Gross.
Warnings: England is affected by the event. He believes he has been in the Tower for 300 years. For full tl;dr, go here. Also, nation angst and potentially language.
scenario A♛ room 1-20
[If you're here, it's probably for one of three reasons:
You want to learn survival skills from that grumpy English dude,
You're visiting one of the other residents of 1-20,
or, you've run into some trouble with America and you're consulting his keeper.
(If you're here for the first reason, you probably heard about him through word-of-mouth, since it's not like he advertises his abilities any more.)
Whatever your reason, he's here, poring over books that he's taken from the libraries. They're stacked on the bedside table, on his trunk, and all around the bed. He isn't too worried about returning them. They vanish on their own eventually anyway.]
scenario B♛ floor 28
[He's made himself up a little area in the music room -- mostly because the din of the flashy media room is too much for him and he'd rather listen to other instruments than video games. He's sitting beside an amp with his bass in his lap, plugged in and strumming against the unmatching tunes of the Tower's instruments.
He doesn't play much. Mostly just one bassline, over and over.]
scenario C♛ floor 48
[Whenever he feels the temptation to do something stupid, he visits the graveyard instead. Usually he rests amongst the graves of the other nations.
Today, he sits propped up against the back of the headstone designated for one United States of America (there are three of those, by his count-- but this is the one he knows). There are actually individual flowers set by the graves of each nation, America included, but England acts as though he isn't the one that put them there.
Some of them are the national flowers. But some of those are hard to cultivate in the Tower, so he made do with what he had.
The sentiment is there, at least?]
scenario D♛ dorm floors or either of the libraries
[More than likely, he'll be found arsing around on the terminals, usually with books nearby. He looks so bored that he's obviously not doing anything important, and can be bothered at will.]

Or that even if they did, he would treat it as any more than a minor annoyance. [Considering the kinds of penalties America was wont to dole out -- and thus the kind he has also suffered on occasion -- England knows the child isn't likely to be traumatised.
His tone is a little terse, though. Even if it wouldn't be a big deal to America, England would still prefer for it not to happen.]

[He wishes he could say something about how regrettable that is, but he can't. In this Tower of Animus, life and death were no more than "minor inconveniences," as England had said.]

[Reasons he hasn't bothered to expand his negligible social circle in all these years. He really would go completely mad if he had too many people he had to watch be tormented all the time.]
It's not the best environment in which to foster a moral compass.

[He mutters the haunting words that he had heard years ago.]

[He doesn't know about burning or anything else Ruana had mentioned, but England would rather lose his soul than have to watch everyone he loves slowly go mental.
That part is implied, though.]

True. We're not exactly losing our souls here.
[Rather, they were chipped away, piece by piece.]
