Characters: Rose Lalonde and You!
Setting: Around the tower
Format: I'll follow you!
Summary: Rose Lalonde is 35 and confused.
Warnings: Swearing? Mentions of death, mentions of injuries, possibly scars and wounds, idk. Tower stuff.

[Dorm 2-07/closed to John]

It had been a little unsettling. Okay no, that's a lie. It was really fucking unsettling. Waking up laying next to your husband who is suddenly fourteen or something?

But it was a quiet unsettling, so ultimately she continued holding him, staring at the opposite wall as she tried to figure out if something like this had ever happened before. Plenty of gruesome experiments. Plenty of deaths, plenty of tragedies, plenty of mind fucks...

Nope. Nothing like this had ever happened before. So she had no idea what to expect - her Seer's sight was useless - and that made it worse. Pulling the boy a little closer - protectively - Rose buried her face in his hair and sighed. She didn't like where this was going.

"John. Hey. Wake up, sleepy head."

[Lounge - 38]

Oh boy did she need a drink. Today, at the bar sits a six foot tall blonde woman who may or may not look familiar to the tower residents. You would probably recognize her as an older Rose Lalonde. Approach? She seems pretty intent on getting pretty drunk...

[Halls around the tower]

After a decent drink, it was time to find more people. More friends, to be exact, and take a head count. Who is here, who is young again, maybe someone from her time... Finding her friends was important, top of her list of to-do's.

[Oh, thank the lord, beer. Equius takes it and nods to the barkeep as a form of thanks.]

No, unfortunately it's been more or less the same experience as mine. I did have someone describe it as "the timeline getting assraped with a rusty chainsaw", however, so whatever they're doing has affected both Time and Space. Admittedly not that difficult considering how closely they are connected, but still.

Right again. [Even though he had mentioned Space once before, though in a context slightly more open to alternative meanings.] Maybe, but making it public invites in the matter of the one person who walks up to a Time player and asks him if he can take them back to this morning so they can avoid tripping down the stairs. [He takes a long, long sip of beer.] Though if you were to make a directory for the sole purpose of showing people who their fellows are, then it certainly wouldn't hurt, no.

In the case of fortune telling, you might find a reprieve in those who don't believe in the practice and discourage others from doing so. ...But that's never stopped them before, unfortunately. [He pulls a pen and paper out of (supposedly) thin air.] For trolls and other non-humans, we should add blood color and other defining characteristics as well, to avoid confusion.

Well, of course. I am the same way. We would need to find someone from every timeline present here if we wanted to have a truly comprehensive list. [Which would be a monumental task in and of itself, but he's going to casually ignore that fact for now. Small steps! So, he went ahead and wrote Equius Zahhak on the top corner of the paper, and then slid it over to Rose.] Write your name. For identification purposes, that is.
