Years of history pass me by..

Location: Floor 13 or in the hallways
Summary: After 100 years Meiling has lost the happy attitude.
Warnings: Grouchy maybe even pissed off Youkai. 100 years in the tower does not make for a happy dragon

[Hallways]

Meiling is not paying any attention to anyone in the hallways, just a determined look on her face. She's wearing something new and there seem to be scars crossing on her arms mostly. She looks more annoyed and ready to attack more then she usually would. Dare you approach?


[Floor 13]

If one was to see her, one would think that the Youkai was sulking. She was seated in the back, but as far away from the stairway as she could. Waking up after exploding was not fun. She should have been able to escape that monster and get to the other side in time..She should have had more time...

She's going to sit there, thinking and staring at the pew in front of her for some time. She just didn't want to run into anyone else just yet and explain why she didn't return from her shift.

[She looks up and shakes her head a bit. It wasn't much. Not the first time she's gotten blown up but still bugged her on the monsters.]

Yeah. Went to do my shift and got caught up on a group of monsters. So I exploded...again. I think they are changing the amount of time on us again.

[She shifts to she can face Wriggle]

You think after so long, it'd get a bit easier to deal with the monsters around here.

[wrigurun]

[She rests her chin in her hands, somewhat sympathetic to the situation. Even if she didn't get caught out as much as Meiling they'd all had their fair share of monster trouble]

I wouldn't put it past them. For a bunch of people that supposedly saved they sure do like toying with us.

I know what you mean though, I think it has a bit but... until there's no monsters to bug us I don't think it will be easy, y'know?

They didn't save us...They just wanted to find out the breaking points of people and watch them suffer. But you knew that.

[The darker look of anger flashes on her face for a moment but it fades as she lets out a sigh. If she could get out of her Tower assigned job that easy, she wouldn't go on those basic suicide runs.]

I still don't know how so many got here. Unless they are breeding or something else with this place...But it just seems like we put down one and five more pop up somewhere.

[wrigurun]

If they're breeding then we should take out the nest!

[Suddenly she seems rather enthusiastic about the idea]

If we get 'em all in one go then no more monsters to deal with and your patrolling goes easier! Who knows, we might even get rewarded for doing such a good job!

If we can find it and escape without being killed.

[She's starting to grin though. The idea of hitting the source would help everyone and hurt the admins maybe.]

Unless it's somewhere we can't get to, that could work out!

[wrigurun]

Well, it's gotta be somewhere we can get in if they can get out.

[As if to emphasize her previous point and the next she calls up a small group of ants from in between the stones on the floor, sliding back down onto the seat and letting them crawl up her leg]

I've got eyes all over the tower. Don't worry, I'll find it!

Alright, If you can find it, then the next chance that opens up, they are going down!

[Meiling punches the palm of her hand with enthusiasm.]

Maybe it's the break we are looking for.

[wrigurun]

[She stands on the seat, ready to fly off and smirks]

I'll report back as soon as I can! Will you still be here?

For a bit longer. Then I'll probably go and see where the others are and then head back here if I don't see them.

[She gives a small salute before taking off]
