It's time to leave you here
Characters: Chidori Yoshino & OPEN!
Setting: Around the tower
Time: During the event
Format: Action (I can change to match though)
Summary: 27-year-old Chidori, and the temporal confusion that lies therein.
Warnings: Probably just language.
[Floor Twenty-Eight]
[She's not sure when she started frequenting the music room, only that eventually she started spending as much time there as she did in the workshop. More, some days, if she was in the right mood for it. She's picked up a few instruments, but nothing too seriously until the day she takes a liking to plucking at a harp. So sometimes, early enough in the mornings, she'll head up and play before breakfast, just to try and get a little time to herself. It doesn't always work though.]
[Floor Twenty-Nine]
[Chidori tends to like to step just-off the staircase here and settle down for a drink of tea. It's not far enough that she actually ever steps into the maze proper, and over time, she's gotten some hardy body to drag down a small table and some chairs for her and anyone who might want to join her. She won't talk much unless prompted, but by now, most people in the tower should know whether they're welcome or not...
Shouldn't they?]
[Floor Fifteen]
[The Workshop has become Chidori's sanctuary, more or less, when she has absolutely nothing else she can bring herself to do. So she makes and mends clothes, jackets- pretty much anything she can work a needle and thread through, if she's allowed. So if anyone finds themselves in need of a seamstress or just someone to patch up a hole in their clothes, she's likely the one to see about it.]
[Floor One]
[She's long-since stopped trusting anything she doesn't cook herself- and she usually makes enough for herself, Strega, and a few more people besides to have a meal. So regardless of the time of day, Chidori will usually be in the kitchen shortly before the allotted 'mealtimes' to make herself something to eat- and she's always willing to hear requests if someone is doubting whatever fare the Cafeteria happens to be serving for the day.
Just don't expect any miracles- she only has what's available to work with, after all.]
((ooc: Chidori has taken to dressing somewhat like this and usually pins her hair up for everything but sewing, and her bangs have gone a little Madame Red on her, but otherwise, she's more or less the same. Also, beware of sudden conversations with her Persona, they may happen a lot.))

[He reaches out towards her mentally, to let her know she's there, before approaching her.]

[Her mental voice is more amused than anything else, and she turns in her chair to greet him, a hand already outstretched for the jacket.]
I might have to replace a whole panel in the back for you.
no subject
Sorry. Some of the monsters are getting kind of desperate for food.
no subject
[She gets up as she takes it, reaching up to ruffle his hair lightly.]
How have things been going otherwise? Not getting into too much trouble, I hope?
no subject
[He has to duck down a bit, but he reaches out to take her hand gently.]
I'm fine. Just concentrating on getting food and making sure everyone is all right.
no subject
[She squeezes his hand and then lets go, turning to pick through the fabrics piled on the table, picking one out to try and match one relatively closely to Ken's jacket.]
How's the hunt?

[Given how this place is, it's impossible to be sure.]
no subject
[She reaches out to tug at his shirt while her other hand reaches for a tape-measure.]
Have you gotten taller again?
no subject
[He keeps having to adjust his grip on his spear, too.]
no subject
[The measure comes up, and she peers up at him.]
Arms out please.
no subject
How have you been feeling?

[He can't help but fuss a little over her.]

[There's only so much even her persona can do to keep her going. And yet she still acts like it's nothing to worry about.]

Regardless, he looks much older than he probably should have to Chidori. But Chidori also looked much younger to him, so it evens out. He's long since gotten used to everyone being younger than they should, so he doesn't bother to be surprised as he approaches her. He's curious to see what she's making.
Surely, she recognizes his presence by now, right? Him silently approaching her won't be awkward, right?]

There's eggs (boiled) and other things too- piled high on other plates and in bowls to accompany the pancakes. It's not the kind of thing she'd have made for breakfast years ago, but she's learned to cater to tastes other than her own and those of Strega.]
Good morning. I hope you're hungry.
no subject
Definitely eying those apple slices though. What are you making? Tell him. He wants to know. How do you ask without distracting the cook with stupid slips of paper with writing on it? His life is hard, but he gives a smallest of nods.]
Floor 29
Yet he still hadn't given up, somehow. The years were proof that Naoya wouldn't be giving up hope in many years to come.
When he sees Chidori there, he smiles.]
Good morning.

[She's already in the midst of pouring another cup of tea, this one for him, having sensed him nearby. She doesn't stand, but she looks up at him when he nears, inclining her head with a small smile.]
I wasn't expecting you to be in here so early.
This PB lacks smiling icons
Persona abuseexperience over the years himself.]I was too tired yesterday and slept in early.
[He had too many things on his mind regarding you lately. Now that he'd say that out loud, of course. However, he dig bring with him a few flowers from the nearby floor.]
For you.
so does Chidori
You haven't been running yourself ragged again, have you?
[She's expecting him to deny it of course, and she closes her eyes briefly to enjoy the scent of the flowers for a moment before settling them in her lap.]
They're lovely, Naoya- thank you.
