Setting: Dormitory hallways then down the deep end god knows where.
Format: Action
Summary: Urotsuki gets under the influence of one of the songs which only encourages some vaguely present issues..
Warnings: I DON'T WANT TO TAKE A GUESS JUST YET. Urotsuki's her own kind of warning tbh.

[ Of course Urotsuki was bound to hear one of the songs sooner or later. With how she explores everywhere and isn't hesitant to touch anything to go check it out, she heard one fairly quickly, either way - not that she thinks much of it. No, she herself doesn't realise she's under the influence of it now, not at all. Although a vague thought suddenly rises to her mind - it's Valentine's Day, isn't it? She wants to see her boyfriend.. He can't just walk around freely and possibly get himself hurt in a place like this on Valentine's Day, right? Or.. on any other day probably would be bad too..

The more she thinks about it, the more it makes sense. So the girl quickly sets out for a search for the boy, eventually ending up in the dormitory hallways where she finally spots him, quickly getting over to him. Her expression is unreadable - but at least that's nothing new. ]

... Yuuto.

[While Urotsuki approached Kidou, he was examining one of those little tapes in his hands. He didn't dare press any buttons though, he had a good idea that something bad would happen if he did. But he was still curious, so that wasn't stopping him from at least holding the thing.

He turns around when he hears his name and offers Urotsuki a smile.]

Yo, Urotsuki! I was on my way to wake you up, but I see you're already awake. [A small blush starts to color his cheek and he turns the tape over in his hands a bit nervously.]

It's Valentine's day... so I was wondering if you wanted to spend the day together?

[chainsawn]

.. Yeah.

[ Her facial expression relaxes a little, as if she's smiling a little more. That's right, she wants to stay with him today. And from today on too, right? Or maybe it's more that she wants him to stay with her - at all times, so he's safe. He shouldn't leave her side, it's too dangerous.. ]

Let's make sure to be together all day, Yuuto. That's what I want.. more than anything.

[pengeen]

[He nods and puts the tape back down where he found it before offering his hand to her.]

What would you like to do first?

[chainsawn]

[ She almost answers automatically about one of her favourite floors, maybe, or one he likes, or maybe something that would be romantic, but.. then she realises. It's dangerous. Going out into the tower is dangerous, what if something happens, what if they run into something or someone dangerous, that's no good at all. She can't bring him anywhere dangerous, so.. ]

.. Can we go to my room..?

[pengeen]

Sure. [He would have been surprised, if it weren't for the fact that he knows she likes to sleep. So maybe she wanted to sleep some more first?]

[chainsawn]

Thanks.. I'm glad.

[ Glad for what, Urotsuki? But apparently she doesn't bother to explain. She grabs his hand, and it's almost like there's something a little more tight and forceful about it this time - but it's just slightly for the time being as she heads in the direction of her room, looking around them a lot as she goes. ]

[pengeen]

[He definitely notices her grip a bit tougher than usual, and the fact that she's looking around a lot. Perhaps she's just curious today and wants to look at everything.. but Kidou feels like it's a bit more serious than that this time.]

...is something the matter, Urotsuki? You seem a little on edge...

[chainsawn]

.. I'm keeping an eye out.

[ Which might be strange, since usually she isn't too worried about that. She's more just curious, yeah, and not really careful.. ]

In case something pops up. You never know.

[pengeen]

[Yeah... and he definitely picks up on that.]

Did something happen recently?

[chainsawn]

No, nothing happened.. [ At least that's the truth, really, nothing happened. Something did happen to her now, but she doesn't realise that part.. ]

But something could happen, right..? I don't want anything to hurt you.

[pengeen]

Well that's true but... [He furrows his brow, a little worried.]

You don't usually... react to the things here unless something has already happened.

[chainsawn]

[ She had been looking around them even now, but when he says that her gaze snaps back to him, staring into his eyes. ]

There's nothing weird about it, right? I'm looking after you. That's.. what a girlfriend is supposed to do.

.. That's all.

[pengeen]

[Hearing that only makes him more suspicious...]


Did... did someone say you weren't acting how a girlfriend should? [He tightens his grip on her hand, his expression looking a bit more mad than worried now.]

[chainsawn]

[ ... Normally she might have been found out, normally that would be the reason, but right now it isn't. So she just stares at him with the same blank expression as ever, as if she doesn't even know what he's talking about. ]

No one told me anything. .. I just want to protect you, Yuuto.. [ But at least the tightening grip is a good thing. It means he isn't going to let go, and that's exactly what she wants right now. ]

[pengeen]

[That isn't really a satisfying answer... but it looks like she wasn't going to talk if there really was a problem. So his stern expressions soon softens a bit to a small smile.]

Okay, I'm sorry I was acting suspicious of you.

[chainsawn]

[ There we go, that's much better. She wouldn't want to force him either, after all, so she's glad he will at least cooperate. ]

I'm not someone dangerous, right? I'm just here to protect you. That's all. [ She sure is repeating that part a lot though.. ]

[pengeen]

Of course you're not. [She sure was starting to creep Kidou out a little...]

[chainsawn]

[ With a nod her grip on his hand tightens a little, dragging him along further to the room. As long as they can make it there, there it'll be safe, it's sure.. and if he's hungry or whatever she can just bring him food, right? As long as he doesn't leave, he can't be hurt.

Even as she walks, she doesn't say a word. ]

[pengeen]

[It was still weird... this whole situation was weird. Maybe she wanted to be extra safe since it was Valentine's day? Yeah, that seemed plausible... but it didn't really settle Kidou's nerves. He couldn't help thinking something was wrong.

He stayed just as silent as she did as they walked to her room, and once they arrived, he opens the door for her and lets her enter the room before him.]

[chainsawn]

[ She shakes her head lightly, even now not really being like herself. Normally she would just have gone in, after all, and go lie on her bed while waiting for him to come in too or something, but she seems to insist on him going in first. Especially with that tiny motion she makes in the direction of the open door with her head towards him. ]

You first.

[pengeen]

[He stares at her for a moment, almost hesitant to go in. If this was the Tower's doing, he could be sealing his death as soon as he walks in. But if this really was Urotsuki... he wouldn't want to upset her by acting like he doesn't trust her.

So... he chances it, and walks in after nodding.]

[chainsawn]

[ It's obvious how much she relaxes whenever he does what she wants. In fact, she seems almost normal again the moment he nods and walks in, although she does close the door behind them.

So of course she's happy. He's here in the room, the roommates aren't here, the door is closed so nothing will come in.. like this it's perfect, right? Like this she can make sure nothing hurts him. So she smiles, her back still leaning against the door. ]

Ah.. this is great.
