Infiltration Plans

Characters: Tohko Amano, whoever she asked to show up, and any random person who feels like possibly dying for a good cause.
Setting: Floor 11, 28th, early evening.
Format: I'm starting in prose, but I'll match you.
Summary: Tohko, after getting Dax's note, has sent out a few notes of her own and told people to show up here to discuss plans. How well these plans will go is anyone's guess.
Warnings: If people like Ganon or Sephiroth try to show up, there will be arguments and scuffles to chase them out. I don't think that'll happen though.

It was cold in the eleventh floor, and the water was frozen, which made standing a little difficult. However, Tohko didn't think anyone would come in here, due to how cold it was..which was why she had told people to meet her here to discuss things.

She had sent out notes and tried to get other people involved. All she could do now was sit on the cold floor and wait for people to show up before starting to form plans. She had never been a leader of a fighting group..but there was a first time for everything.

Especially now.

Don't worry about it. You're a kid. Nobody just up and becomes a leader. Hell, just go ask Saber about it. Everyone has to learn the ropes at some point.

[Tohko sighed at that, but her mask of a smile didn't fall.]

..That's true, but I would still like to stop making foolish mistakes. And I guess Saber would know a lot about this..but can you do me a favor? If you let her know about this, don't tell her that I'm fighting too until it's too late for her to do anything about it.

Why not? Afraid she'll stop you?

[He shrugs.]

It's mostly down to your abilities. You're just a normal human, right? So you're not something like me or Saber. Besides, you do have a tendency to bite off more than you can chew.

[He could mock Ganondorf because he's confident he can handle to consequences. But for her to mock something clearly out of her level...]

And this isn't just a matter of whether or not you get yourself cursed.

[Tohko sighed and scratched her head.]

A little, I suppose. I just don't want her to think I'm a burden and push all my workload on herself. And I know I'm a normal human, that I'm a bit too nosy, and that my soul could get crushed here.

[She looks rather..determined as she speaks.]

But I'll take the consequences that fall on my lap because of this. I don't care if I get injured, suffer, or get destroyed. As long as you guys can keep living happily and survive, then I don't mind.

Once you end up a leader, it's not just you getting injured.

[This why Lancer has never taken leadership upon himself.]

Take a look at all of us here. If your plan doesn't work, all of us run the risk of destruction. Of course, we've prepared for this, but it's something you need to consider as leader.

We should all do whatever we can to help, but we'll only do whatever we can. Whether it's drafting the plan or making a distraction, you need the right people. So I'd still say to talk to Saber this.

[And Tohko had only been a book club president back home..with only one other member. But she understood what Lancer was saying all too well and nodded. She was a beginner at this, so taking Lancer's advice seemed the best move for now.]

I know. I'll do my best to minimize damage and work with you all to help get this thing moving..and to not get everyone killed.

..I'll talk to Saber then. I'll just have to be stubborn not not let her push me out of this.

I'm sure she can find some place for you. Even if it's just a support role.

[At that, Tohko couldn't help but chuckle.]

She'd probably try to toss me out, if she could..but as I said, I'm stubborn. Even if it's a support role, I'll stick with this group. Besides..we have a general plan and an attack formation lined up..we just need more people to get it perfectly in place.

Maybe you should borrow some of mine then. It should raise your luck to about a C, at the very least!
