Summary: So remember how Shion's mentor/older brother figure disappeared, well now coming out of dark world and everything that happened before that Shion discovers that his not!boyfriend is gone too. Also he learns that he's forgotten something...
Warnings: Probable beserkness, grief, all that fun stuff

Graveyards and dorms Shion had kept to himself mostly after being stuck in Ganondorf's realm, concentrating on training and working in the library. But today he had taken some time to go up to the graveyard. Even though it was something provided by the administrators, and there were no bodies in the graves, they only marked those who had left the tower.

Their souls lost in their worlds...

He sat down next to Reno's grave, it was perfect of course, with Xion being one of the grave keepers. He said nothing, because it wasn't like Reno could hear him, he just sat silently lost in thoughts for a moment. So much had happened in the last week or so, and he hadn't quite processed it all yet.

He was there for a long time, sat in the silence and relative peace of the graveyard, when he finally got up he was a little calmer. Until he had walked down two lines of graves that was, and his eyes caught a name that should not be there.

"Nezumi..." No... Shion hadn't seen him in a few days but he was used to Nezumi disappearing for days on end, and snapping at him whenever Shion asked about it.

He shook his head and dashed out the graveyard, taking the stairs two at a time, he was out of breath half way up but he continued, pushing on until he got to the third dormitory floor.

Where was Rat's room. Shion froze, looking around. What number...

He couldn't remember. Shion never forgot anything yet he couldn't remember... He froze, staring in horror at the corridor, eventually he turned and ran to his room, throwing opening his trunk and grabbing his notes, he had it written down, like everything. Even if he never forgot...

Once he had the number he returned, running up to the door and reading the name plate... It wasn't there, Rat's name... It had gone...

Anger burned up in him, they had taken Nezumi. Taken him and lost him, left his soul lost in their world, alone. Nezumi shouldn't be alone, not ever. They should have tried harder, shouldn't have let him get lost. He kicked the wall in anger, not having anywhere else to vent his anger.

[Floor 100]

He stormed off down the tower, not even sure what he was looking for or what he was planning to do. When he got onto floor 100 he stopped, of all the places to torture him with he was stood in Nezumi's room, he looked round at the shelves of books.

Shion let out a sound somewhere between grief and rage and lashed out, his hands and feet going through the holograms, but he didn't stop fighting. When he got too fustrated with the holograms he punched the walls, his knuckles bruising and bleeding, and finally slumped against the wall exhausted.

Chihiro was just coming down the corridor when Shion kicked at the wall. He jumped back with a startled cry.

"... S-Shion-kun...?"

Shion span round angrily, and stared at the girl... boy he had to remind himself, who had approached.

"Chihiro..."

Chihiro stepped back instinctively at his anger.

"What-What's wrong, Shion-kun...?"

Shion kicked the wall again. "They took him." He growled in anger, "They took him and I'm going to kill them."

"H-Him...? Who took him...? The administrators...?" And so backing away more and shaking a bit. The only thing keeping him from running was because Shion was a good friend.

[savedbyasong]

"Yes..." He kicked the wall again, wanting to tear down the walls, hurt everything until they gave Nezumi back. Yet he couldn't... Chihiro was scared... he didn't want Chihiro to be scared of him.

Tears sprung to his eyes, along with more anger. "Nezumi... he's gone..."

"S-Shion-kun..." He's going to try to step a little closer. He's not quite sure who Nezumi is but he can easily guess. "Shion-kun..." Then he'll attempt to hug him as that's the only thing he knows to do... "I'm so sorry..."

Shion clenched his fists but the hug broke something inside him and he half collapsed onto Chohiro, the tears starting. "Why, why him?"

"Shion-kun..." Chihiro staggered a little when the other leaned against him but he held him tight. "Maybe... maybe he'll come back. People do come back here after all."

"Maybe..." He tried to stop his tears, but he found it hard and clung harder. "He hated it... when he was on his world for a couple of weeks... and now he might be there forever..."

"You mustn't give up hope yet, Shion-kun... Don't give up yet... If you want to cry, then cry. It-It's better to let it all out."

[savedbyasong]

"It's hard..." Turk's didn't cry, Reno had told him so but it was one lesson Shion had failed at. He wanted to try though, especially since Reno was now gone.

"Hard...? It's hard to cry? Why is it hard to cry?" Chihiro doesn't know all that and is now terribly confused...

"He wouldn't want me to cry." And so he shouldn't cry because he was gone, even if it hurt and it didn't seem there was any way to stop the tears.

"But... it really isn't good to keep it all inside, Shion-kun... It's alright. I won't tell anyone you cried."

[savedbyasong]

"You won't?" Shion clung to him, crying harder, unable to stop.

[cutestprogrammer]

"I won't. I would never tell anyone, Shion-kun." And he held him closer, rubbing slowly at his back as the other cried.

Shion cried for a long time, wordlessly, clinging to Chihiro.

Chihiro will hold him for as long as he needs, all the whole rubbing his back soothingly.

Finally the tears stopped, and Shion was silent for a while before whispering, "Thank you Chihiro..."

Chihiro smiles in return, giving him a little squeeze. "You're welcome, Shion-kun. Do you feel better now?

He blinked and nodded. He didn't feel good, he felt empty and broken, but he no longer felt like he was about to explode. So he hoped that was a good sign.

"That's good. Do you want to get something to eat. You must be thirsty now after all that crying."

[savedbyasong]

Suzaku shook his head, he felt sick and didn't feel like he could eat anything.

"Well, you should at least drink something...?"

sob I must have been tired...

Shion shook his head again, drying his face as best he could.

"Well, I'll take you back to your room then? You must be tired now..."

[savedbyasong]

"Okay." Shion knew the way back, but he was very glad for the company.

Chihiro smiled and walked him back.

Once they got to his room Shion curled up on his bed, wrapping his arms around himself.

And Chihiro tucks him in. "Will you be alright on your own?"

Shion paused because he didn't really want to be alone, but he didn't want to be a burden either. So in the end he nodded, "I will be..."

Chihiro does notice the slight pause though. "Hmm... maybe I'll stay here till you fall asleep?"

"You don't have to..."

[cutestprogrammer]

He smiled. "It's alright. I want to."

[savedbyasong]

He blinked at him, "Thank you."

[cutestprogrammer]

"You're welcome. Now, get some rest!" And he reaches over to make sure he's all comfy and tucked in properly.

Shion smiled again and closed his eyes, letting himself drift off.

Chihiro waited till he was sure Shion was fast asleep before leaving.
