Summary: Satsujinki has been avoiding Satsuki. Thanks to Sion, it's now time to fess up.

[Satsujinki had left a note on Yumizuka's bed, telling her to meet up with him on floor four after lunch had come and gone on 'White Day'.

He himself was already there and had been there for a hour or so before hand. He really didn't want to do this but it really was only fair. Even if Sion had been pretty dumb about it, in his opinion. But Satsuki shouldn't have to suffer when it came to his own want to keep to himself out of embarrassment. Hopefully she wouldn't be super mad at him. She was a vampire so that meant...well, she could probably do a lot of damage if she was angry and he wasn't ever really in a mood to try to kill her again.]

Ugh...what am I doing?

[ It's a nice little facade as she remains completely unaware that Sion and him spoke. Oops. ]

Yes. [ Looking down towards the floor. ]

[ Holding up a hand in confusion. ]

Yeah. Back then, most of those feelings weren't mine.

[ Oh. ] Yeah, that's alright.

[ So this was a make-up gift, was it? It was nice, but why was he giving her something heart-shaped if that wasn't the way he felt? Confusion seeps in briefly, but like any typical girl in this situation she laughs it off. At least any typical girl that's not tsundere. ]

Yeah, I knew that. I just thought since you returned the gesture that you could relax today.

Don't get me wrong, Satsuki. After thinking a lot, I did find out something.

[Ugh, this was difficult to say.]

You've done a lot for me for a long time and back in school, I've been pretty blind as to how you felt. That other me is still like that right now, I bet.

While I say that what happened previously wasn't me, I still...well, like you.

[ He's right--the other him is still like that. While he was nice to her then too, who's to say it wasn't because of the same thing that inflicted him? ]

I know. [ She doesn't sound as cheerful as before, but she's managing. ] As family, like we talked about before.

[ Quickly adding onto that. ] You don't have to trouble yourself with this conversation if it's making you uncomfortable.

[He frowns just slightly at Satsuki.]

Will you not take things in the worst possible way? I meant I liked you in a different way.

[yumizuka]

We talked about it before and that's what was decided.

[ Geez, don't get frowny face on her now, angst boy!! ] So it's okay to go back to where we first started.

[He's frowning!]

Are you even listening to me? I'm saying that we should date or something. What do you say to that?

I'm experiencing a strange case of deja vu. Where's Sion, she'd want to see this.

I'm asking for different reasons this time. Would you like to hear them?

Can I listen to them while eating chocolate?

[ Because her stomach is growling and he is presenting her with something she can munch on. ]

Sure. I mean, I did make it for you.

[Come on now, Satsuki. Still, if it's going to be like that, he grabs a seat.]

[ She'll move to follow after all while watching him intently. ]

There's nothing making you do this, is there? [ Suddenly worried that Sion is holding a gun to his head or something. ]

I was made to see you again but what I'm saying is pretty genuine.

Either way, I said I did like you, which was true. And don't start saying that family thing either or I'll chop your head.

[He'll do it too.]

I just thought that if we started dating, it'd be a good way to get to know you better and maybe it could be more. It sounds dumb but I kind of like the idea.

[yumizuka]

[ Holding up a hand on top of her head defensively. ]

You're really serious about this, aren't you? [ Not that she can actually tell him no, but she does feel a tiny bit of guilt that he's doing this. ] That might be a good way to tell and it'll be normal, like it could have been back home.

I don't want to feel like I'm forcing you into anything so it's up to you. I'm glad you think it's a good idea, though.

[yumizuka]

Well, you did just kind of break up with me and then said we should date again all at the same time.

[ It's confusing alright!! ]

I know and I do feel bad about it. You can take as long as you want to answer. We can even leave and come back another day.

[yumizuka]

That's a waste of time. [ Laughing nervously. ] I'd just come back with the same answer even at another time.

Mind if you fill me in on what that is?

You really have to ask?

[ She's too simple for this stuff. ] I'd like to if that's what you want to do. I thought it was obvious.

[ Just don't go avoiding her for weeks again. It was hard returning to the life of being unnoticed. ]

Sure you do. That's a weird question though. [Weird question from a weird person.]

Was it? Sorry, I'll not ask things of that nature again. [ Only a weirdo can think that kind of question is weird, weirdo! ]

It wasn't that weird of a question. If you wanted me to ask something weird, I'd ask how old you are or something.

Isn't that a natural question? Shouldn't you actually know how old I am in the first place?

Yeah, that's right. I know you're around my age so that means it'd be weird if I asked you otherwise. [ Satsuki logic, man. ]

...I really don't get you at all. I'm going to have to work on that.

Yeah, that sounds as though it'll be a great idea. [ She's so proud he came up with it on his own and didn't have to ask Sion.

Because she would have asked Sion instead oops. ] That will make it alright.

Um, I don't know either. We didn't really do so great last time, so maybe we should just try to figure out slowly.
