[Thanks to combined efforts, Mondo's managed to set up the lounge to make for a pretty nice birthday party, all things considered. There's decorations and food, if mostly desserts, but he figures Chihiro likes that kind of thing so it's all good.

He knows Chihiro has plenty of friends, so there's not much worry about people showing up, but...he doesn't want it to be lame.

Wanting it to be a surprise, around noon he goes to get Chihiro and carry him in on his shoulders.]

It depends on the kind of magic, I think. Some need you to have inherent abilities and some are more accessible.

That might not be useful to you, though. Maybe you should stick to working out and learning a weapon.
