Characters: Alucard, OPEN
Setting: Floors 25
Format: I'll match
Summary: Alucard's arrival has not made him happy.
Warnings: Thread is set at night. Monster attacks are a strong possibility.
This floor had a meadow. It was strangely pleasant, even in the darkness. But he was a stranger in this place and found himself on guard as he wandered the floor. He was not alone. He could see shadows moving in the distance. Nothing he couldn't handle, he told himself. Nothing that he couldn't destroy. Alucard had killed everything that his father had thrown at him. He'd easily do it again and again. Let the creatures lurking in the shadows come! He welcomed the challenge, anything to take his mind off of the fact that he was trapped in a foreign land. Kidnapped against his will.
The man would not allow himself to calm down. He wouldn't be contained. His father had made that mistake, hadn't he? And now, according to the people who had trapped Alucard here, he was dead. For good. He wouldn't believe it until he had absolute proof. After all, much of what he had seen so far indicated that he was being tricked. The large metal boxes with images on them were just one example of things that he wanted absolutely nothing to do with.
Though he had seen from the dormitories that there were many, many people in the tower itself, Alucard had noticed that there didn't seem to be any other people around. It was strange, especially for such a peaceful looking meadow. The only thing that he could hear was something that sounded like vague shuffling of bushes in the distance.
"Who's there?" he growled sharply.

"Oh, you're welcome! I'm always happy to help out! Although..I should have realized what you were earlier. Alucard is just Dracula backwards, after all."

"It is no bother. I know now where to find sustenance."

"..While that's good, I apologize for annoying you. Dracula is a character from a story in my world..but if he actually exists in yours and you don't like him, I didn't mean to make comparisons."

"I'm not sure whether that's fortunate or not..but if he ever does show up here, you should be careful. If you're planning on fighting him, you should know that he can't be killed..at least, not here."

"For the sakes of everyone here, let us hope he never finds his way here."
no subject
"Hopefully he won't..after all, we already have quite a few villains in the Tower, so it would probably be a problem if one more showed up."

Tohko was already fighting as hard as she could against both the residents and the Administrators.

He didn't think for a moment that there was something good in what they were doing. The administrators who had seen his entire world die would not have brought them to a tower of so many dangers had they wanted to help people.

"There is a rebellion. I assume that you want to join them?"

"I have no doubt that you'll really help us out. Welcome aboard then. Good luck."

"No problem. I'm always happy to recruit a good person. I can't guarantee that you'll live..but I'll try my best to make sure that you will."

"Alright then..and you have my word that I'll try to keep you and the rest of our allies safe, even if it hurts me."

"You don't have to do that. Really, since I'm getting everyone involved, if a person had to die for good, I wouldn't mind if it was me if everyone else was kept safe. I am a bit of a weak link. Immortality is a curse, but you probably know a lot more than me because of it, and you're probably a lot stronger than I. The others will need you if I die, so you don't have to worry about me."

He was not exactly used to being treat so... so normally, in large part because the single night that he had spent in Dracula's castle had changed him in a major way. "Even so, I will do whatever I can."

However, at that, she smiled and nodded. "Alright then! I'm not going to stop you if you want to do that, so I guess we'll both be trying our hardest to protect everyone."
