Summary: A pair of vampire hunters wake up in the same room together and explore search for Remilia the one responsible.

[Room 2-17]

[For the residents of 2-17, two new faces were present in the room. The blonde was awake, already dressed with a wide-brimmed black hat on her head, while the dark haired one still slept. At least, she looked asleep.

Thinking the other was asleep, Marisa took the opportunity to start looking through the other trunks in the room. All of three of them.]



[Various Floors (where powers were present)]

[Sometimes these floors had narrow walkways or other passages. For those spending their time in these, there was little warning as two young women - one in black on a broom and one in red floating without style - flew through very quickly as if they were on a mission. And they were, in search of a particular scheming vampire they believed responsible.

Better jump to the side and dodge as they buzzed by or get shoved out of the way. The one in black called back as she passed.]

Learn to graze, ze!

[The one in red nicks the wall on the way by, unused to tight spaces. It sends her into a flip and she lands on her rear and skids across the floor to a stop. Getting up, she turns to confront the obvious troublemaker.]

Seriously, what the hell is your problem?

[Coming to a stop, hovering in the air, the one in black starts laughing at her friend's misfortune.]



[Lounge - 4th Floor]

[Marisa and Reimu were standing in front of the computer terminals. The blonde reached out to poke at the screen, getting close enough for the terminal to flicker on. Startled, she hopped back a bit.]

[Reimu's immediate reaction was to punch the thing out of surprise. She ended up with a bruised knuckle as she cursed in pain.]

Ow! Damn, that was hard.

[It certainly wasn't some kind of wax candle, that's for sure.]

It s advisable that you eat their oatmeal before anything. If you forget and eat something else you are liable to make yourself sick.

[She pauses a moment wondering if she should mention there had been a Remilia here before. Why not?]

Remilia isn't here, though one used to be. However even if she were, I doubt she is the one you would be looking for.

So she already left? See why I'm in such a hurry?

"Left" is questionable, but yes. However being in a hurry won't do anything one way or the other. It just makes it so you run into people easier.

Do you want her digging a giant hole in the ground? You know how much that would ruin?

Why would she dig a giant hole in the ground?

[That actually makes her tilt her head a bit.]

What? Did you miss what happened the last time? She thinks that if she builds a gigantic castle, treasure will magically appear underground. Since she failed last time, she built an even bigger place this time.

Alas, we do not share the exact same world, so I am unfamiliar with your exact details.

[She had noticed that variations were common by observing the other people, as well as the fact that Remilia, when she had been there, had been wrong.]

Alright then.

Let's say there are multiple Gensokyo's out there. And each Gensokyo has a version of everyone you know. However each Gensokyo is slightly different.

For example lets say you and Marisa are from Gensokyo B, which I am from Gensokyo A.

What the heck is a Gensokyo A? Does it have more money?

No it doesn't.

It's just a different version, where different events happen.

I don't want to hear about some place that I could go that has less money. Unless it had more sweets, like cake or something.

You can't go to these places, they already have a version of you in them.

I don't have any issue with you. I am simply saying that you wouldn't be able to travel to an alternate universe, there is already a Reimu in them.

Why can't there be two Reimus? That means there would be less for me to do. There's no law that says two of the same person can't exist.

Because two people from different parallel worlds should not be in the same world at the same time. For one, such a thing is hard to do, which makes this place unique.

For another, such a thing would throw the system out of balance and would be addressed to.

I won't believe it until I see it written down. You've probably got some kind of book with that kind of thing around, don't you? Let me see it.

There are books in Higan that outline various rules and conduct, yes.
