[There's a vague humanoid shape wandering around lately, ordering the worker units around and checking up if they're not doing their duties. While it seemed that it's strange enough that this... thing is ordering them around, what's even stranger is it's lower body portion, which is shaped like a merman, only with colors that hurts your eyes, and a general, featureless body that also assaults your mind.

If you have met the person this creature is based off from, though, you might recognize the voice speaking from it when you stared at him for too long a time.]

[...He felt... strange. Here. It's alright.

There's this sense of familiarity as he surveyed this floor, as the music played in a discord that would generally harm a human's ears.

[Sola-ui was not a magus for nothing. Even if she wasn't a particularly good fighter, she wouldn't back away from just one idle death threat.]

Because that is how it's always been in this tower.

[Right at this point, several worker units began appearing in droves, and don't forget the disorientation Sola's now feeling thanks to staring at the faceless creature for a while already.]

[She actually shivers a little and takes a step back when these drones start crowding.]

I-I have been warned about the usual procedures in this Tower. Like how they are not always the safest...

This tower is the safest place you'll ever be in.

[At that, the drones began charging at her.]

Misbehaving is not tolerated, however.

[She backs away more, and then turns and runs. Though she is using magecraft to boost her speed, she is still not very quick. The drones can probably catch her after a couple of minutes.]

[Aaand it didn't take them long to actually start mauling on her just like that, while the faceless one just looked on silently at the process as he caught up with them.]

[She screams. How could she not scream? And she thrashes at them too. Slapping, kicking, even biting. But in the end, she's no fighter. And when the drones disperse, all that's left is a bloody corpse.]

[The merman stared as the corpse was hoisted out and brought back to be processed by the one dealing with it, before moving to go do his duties once more.]
