Aren't you glad you can't cry little one [Open]

Characters: Nesir Aeser and you
Setting: Patrolling the tower. Pick a floor
Format: Whatever you like
Summary: Nesir has been modified into a group B drone. Further information here
Warnings: Body modification and brainwashing. Anyone who touches her is in danger from the poison that sometimes leaks from her pores and she is prone to attacking troublemakers. She might malfunction but let me know if that's okay in the subject line so I know!

She begins in the dormitories and works her way down. Every floor checked, nothing allowed to be out of place. Nothing could be allowed to disrupt the running of the tower. She watches the prisoners, waiting for any signs of disobedience, any signs of rebellion.

Disobedience cannot be allowed. Nothing can be allowed to disrupt the work of her masters. She watches the other workers as well. Making sure they are doing their jobs.

Having blades for fingers makes some of the tasks harder than it usually would be but it didn't matter. Everything was fine. Everything had always been fine.

She moved down the tower, checking each floor, watching. She doesn't approach anyone but if anyone approaches her she will turn to them, willing to answer questions, as long as they are obedient and cause no trouble.

Oh. Enoch had...seen this person before. She didn't seem like she was too badly altered. Except her hands - Enoch winced when he saw those fingers.

"Er...yes?"

Well. He might as well try not to make himself conspicuous. He could probably take most of the residents in a fight, but...he didn't like fighting, and this whole matter disturbed him to the point of being unable to keep his thoughts together.

"Standards?" If it didn't look like sweat, Enoch didn't want any part of it. He got up and started backing towards the far end of the room, closed Arch gripped tightly in one hand. If she was going to attack him, he wanted some room. And he wanted, mostly, to get away from her.

"Then by all means, clean it. I'll move out of your way if you let me by."

He didn't want to fight, this was just another resident, just a victim of Jason's cruelty...

His eyes widened at the lack of response - but at least it had been a warning. All the same, it was barely enough. He brought up his Arch and only got it partially open, the beam forming a small diamond-shaped shield in front of his neck just in time. He used it to push her fingers away and dropped to the ground, lashing out at her ankles with the Arch once it had been completely opened.

This was a cramped space, and he needed to get out of it somehow...

From his position, still crouched, such an attack was easy to dodge. Enoch leapt up, sailing higher into the air as he jumped off nothing and twisted as he came to land behind her, attempting to slam the Arch into her from behind.

He did not like fighting - but that didn't mean he skimped on self-defense.

The Arch hit the blades and he raised a foot to try to kick her away before she could attack. It wasn't as if she could do anything to him through the armor, attack-wise. If the poison seeped into pores the way it seeped out of them, however, he was likely in trouble.

At least now that he had some distance, he could leap up onto one of the beds to springboard over her and land behind her again. Straightforward charging is fairly easy for him to handle once he has some room to move. Once again, he'll try to get her from behind, to at least disable her, or wound her severely enough he can get out into the hallway or a more open floor.

If she was going to keep rushing straight at him, she'd have a hard time of it. He used the beds on this side of the room as a springboard again, to launch himself safely over her and run out into the hallway. He'd close the door for good measure, before running for the stairs up.

Running away hadn't been an option for a long, long time. But that space was too narrow, and having had to fight and kill someone who'd been nothing but kind to him the day before had him just shaken enough to try it. He fully expected her to catch up to him though, for only the stage of the fight to change.

Enoch heard her hit the stairs behind him, and he broke off into the hallways, rounding a corner as soon as he could before skidding to a halt to double back. He was gambling on her running ahead with intent to catch him, and not being ready for an attack, so he led with the Arch, lunging at where she would be should she turn the corner exactly where he had turned...

Being able to jump off the air meant Enoch was doing just that to right himself should he miss, and when he did, he jumped. The sweep passed under him and he landed to whirl into another strike at her, throwing his weight into it.

Enoch wasn't expecting the kick, and it caught his side, even if that put him out of range of her fingers as he stumbled to catch his balance. It sent a few cracks running through his armor given how poorly he'd been planted. In an attempt to protect himself from further attack, he held the Arch out to swipe at her if she drew near.

Disarming Enoch, as Tohko found the previous day, was a very difficult matter. When she attempted to keep drawing closer, Enoch raised a foot to try to kick her back.
