Characters: Little Miss Mutated Lalonde and you!
Setting: All over! From Event start to end, so backdated tags are welcome!
Format: I'll follow you!
Summary: Rose is patrolling the tower, half the time looking for misbehaving residents, half the time trying to find friends who are okay. Rose is in group A, her details can be found here.
Warnings: Body horror, of course, as well as possible death. Trauma, Pain, Brainwashing - I think all typical Jason Month warnings apply.
Dormitories
[[It was awful. This entire experiment was awful. She didn't know what they had done to her, but she could feel the charred skin when she touched her face or her arms, and sometimes she was glad she couldn't see, because she didn't want to see what had happened.
The sight they had left her with - her altered Seer's sight - is nothing she wanted either. They should have left her blind. She didn't want to see the fate of others. She didn't want to know how to create doomed timelines, but that's all she could see now. Those were the only paths that presented themselves to her.
She's following the walls, trying to find her way around when she hears someone approach. Before you even get a chance to get close to her, she's calling out:]]
Excuse me? Is someone there?
[[She readies one of her needles, just in case.]]
Higher Floors
[[By now her needles were a constant crackle with energy as she carefully traversed the tower. She was making sure no one was disobeying. Disobedience would not be tolerated, not from the lower worker units and not from the residents they administrators had brought here. She would make sure everyone was behaving as they should - doing work that needed to be done, being non disruptive to the work of their administrators, being good.
Even though she still carefully followed walls and landmarks, she was ready to punish any who needed it.
Disobedience would not be tolerated.]]
Lower Floors
[[She needed a drone. She needed something to help her. She refused to continue floundering around like an imbecile because she couldn't see. Every floor she checked, she demanded the immediate attention of all workers in the area who could provide it. What are you doing currently? What are your tasks? Are you working diligently? Because if you didn't have work, she had a job for you.
Of course, if you happen to be a resident curious about what her problem is, she wouldn't mind speaking with you either. Though at times she seems...
Kind of twitchy.]]

Bro?
[[That must be who he is. Unless there's someone else in this tower with glasses like that, but she doesn't know any of them enough to recognize the shades as belonging to them...
And Bro, Jason happened. That's all that really needs to be said. That's typically all that ever needs to be said.]]

Does it hurt? That's the biggest thing he's worried about. It looks like it must, and god. If she's suffering... Well there's nothing he can do, but he's not going to be happy at all. Especially not when this is over.]

[[She's moved past whatever pain there may have been. Or perhaps there's no pain at all. It's hard to tell with her, she doesn't seem to be bothered by it at all. The thing she has a problem with is her sight and lack thereof.]]

We shouldn't have far to go. I simply need some assistance traversing the next few floors. I can't adequately defend myself, and so I require your protection.
