Setting: Room 4-18, darting around the dormitory area and checking out the cafeteria!

Summary: Xellos arrives. He is at best confused and at worst annoyed. This isn't funny you guys.

Room 4-18

This wasn't what he was expecting today. Actually when he started this day he was expecting to sort of ruin someone elses day, a very specific someone, and then suddenly he can't because first of all Galvera isn't in his hand where it should be and he isn't hovering above the Dragon Temple which is where he should have been. This is more than just putting a damper on his day this is really really obnoxious. The fact that he can't feel Zelas anywhere is also somewhat disquieting, he should always be able to sense her, but now he felt... cut off. Completely. And what was this thing around his neck?

This was stupid, where's the damn exit.

Dormitory Area

Just strolling around, minding his own business. And by minding his own business he actually means poking his head into every single room there is. He thinks it's perfectly called for and not at all rude, if someone didn't want his head in their room they should have locked the door. At least he knows where the bow is now, but he's leaving that behind. Don't want to mess anything up quiet yet. Not until he gets his bearings anyway. Destroying a wall could come later on in the day.

Cafeteria

Not that he had to eat but he was here nevertheless, picking through what there was and making a face. He didn't want any of this, where was all the cake? And ice cream? Ugh. If he was going to be stuck here he at least wanted to have decent physical food. Looked like he'd have to settle for other means of filling his belly. He really didn't mind. Now, who else was in here with him?

Madoka's still in here from earlier, poking at her bowl of oatmeal from godknowswhen ago. It's actually mostly done by now, but she can't quite bring herself to finish it. She should be happy for the food, really, but... eating here alone feels rather empty.

Ah, well, she should be returning the bowls now, right? Madoka stands up, still fiddling around with her tray when she spots the bowlcut man in her way. "Um, e-excuse me, sir?"

Xellos was busy unhappily prodding the lavender meatballs, looking morose, when a voice reached him. He glanced behind him and... a girl. Oh. Well then. There's a smile on his face now, and he... does not move out of the way at all, just turning to face her better.

"Yes? Can I help you?"

He's surprisingly friendly. Madoka sighs of relief, visible on her face as her shoulders slump slightly, but still trying to keep her tray balanced as she does so. He's not eating oatmeal, and she has no way of knowing if he's an resident or a new arrival like her.

She asks, meekly, "I don't mean to p-pry, but are you a new arrival?"

So far he's going to be incredibly friendly. Look at that smile. He's super friendly and not at all dangerous. He wouldn't touch that oatmeal if it was the only thing in this cafeteria though. Gross.

"Hm... it appears I am. Just got here only a few minutes ago." His tone was light and conversational. If she was here longer he could get some more information out of her than that crappy letter he got in his room.

Nessiah turns his head towards Xelos when he enters as precisely as if he hadn't had a faceplate covering his eyes, which is curious enough. The fact that he seemed to be reading a regular book may also be curious.

"Yes, may I help you?"

She cants her head slightly, still nervous despite that smile. He's still taller than her and much more confident with his surroundings. Better annoyed than terrified and worried to heck.

"Um... the person said that if I don't eat oatmeal for my first meal, I can't eat anything else or I'll t-throw up... and I n-noticed you weren't eating oatmeal so... did you e-eat it already?"

Wow this is hard. She wants to bolt out of here.

Sam was in his room, though he was making an effort to venture out more often now he had gotten over the shock of dying. He was sat on his bed at this moment though, reading a book he had borrowed from the library.

When the door opened he looked up with a smile, "Can I help you?"

It was a long shot whether or not the monster could even fathom fear. He was... a little upset. That was about the extent of his feelings right now. He'd taken his time to be enraged earlier on about the situation, where no one else could see him, and now he had his head back where it needed to be. Which was focusing on dinner.

"Nope!" He beamed. "I wasn't going to touch any of this. I'm not in the mood for what they have on the menu, I'll just go along until something better comes up."

Fear was a perfectly good emotion to savor, and she was certainly full of it, though he vastly preferred annoyance over it. Oh well, beggers couldn't be choosers.

Woah what was up with this ones face. He paused at the door, peering at the strange fellow for a moment, before waving pleasantly.

"Probably not, I'm just having a look around. The room was unlocked so I decided to peek in."

And. Short. Very short. Dwarves and hobbits were not a thing back in his home world, though elves certainly were, and he wasn't quite sure where to place Sam. Small human with big feet? Small human with big feet. Unless Sam had something else to say about it.

"I doubt it. I'm just looking around."

"Well, it is unlocked, and as you can see this is a dormitory room like any other. If you are looking for excitement I would suggest one of the lower floors. There are many to choose from."

Many, many to choose from. Xellos would have a much more interesting time there.

Small human with big feet it was, unless he actually asked. "Have you just arrived then?"
