and then there was one; (OPEN)
Characters:
Flandre Scarlet and YOU!
Setting: Dormitories (general, room 3-09), cafeteria, floors 99, 75, and open to any other prompt!
Time: Throughout the week
Format: Quick to start, will match.
Summary: The child so many seek to avoid is brought to the tower to play with others? General introduction log, please consider reviewing her permissions post.
✪✪✪✪ DORMITORIES.
[ Within room 3-09, something foreign stirs in the night. The soft jingle of crystals might be enough to wake the lightest sleeper, but the piercing scream that follows after is sure to do the trick. This wasn't her bed. This wasn't herbasement room. This wasn't her MANSION. Even once the initial shock wears off, she doesn't stop with her screaming. If anyone's ever seen a child throw a tantrum, this is along those lines.
Eventually the covers are removed and she's calmed either through the aid of a roommate or some other thing caught her interest. The letter is crumpled in her hand as she moves through the dormitories, the wings on her back twinkling with the reflection of any light. Eerily enough, her eyes seem to glow while the rest of her remains hidden within the dark, but they aren't with animosity. No, they seem rather curious and very very interested in this new place.
In the daytime hours though, she'll just stroll into a room as though it were her own and greet anyone there with a wave. She might even ask any inhabitants if they want to play a game and if there's a toy nearby, she'll beg to see it for herself. ]
✪✪✪✪ CAFETERIA.
[ Like many other newcomers, she's been directed to the cafeteria for food.
Unfortunately, her tastes are too refined for the tower. Even with the instructions that she should be eating oatmeal, Flandre is without her guardian. Before her is a meal full of various sweets all with the full intention of gorging herself sick over and over again.
Throughout the week, she eventually does have her first meal of oatmeal, but continues to be unsatisfied with the meals provided for her in the cafeteria. A couple days after her arrival (which was May 14th), she might complain that she's really tired and seem crankier than usual due to fatigue. Something tastes off about her food and she'll even complain about that to anyone who's listening. ]
✪✪✪✪ FLOOR 99.
[ An entire cavern made up of crystals like her wings? Flandre's entranced by the very thought and can be seen often fluttering about in her excitement. In fact, she'll be scooping up as many sparkly rocks into the front of her dress (don't worry, she has on a pair of an old-fashioned bloomers) to carry with her back to her room. What a great treasure hunter! ]
✪✪✪✪ FLOOR 75.
[ A tower within a tower. The idea interests her and so Flandre herself will dash and zoom through the air with her own flight (although those wings of her's don't seem to be helping her any with the task) as she explores. She seems blissfully unaware of any monsters residing here though. ]

[ The familiar voice causes her head to perk up and once she locates her, she gives a nod. Nothing strange about this at all. ]
Yup! [ In fact, she's just a bit too jovial to be in a strange new place. Whatever fear she may have had must have been alleviated with her presence. ] Huh, but the note said that everyone else was destroyed so what gives?
no subject
The note is wrong..They can't have destroyed home or everyone there. They are lying to us all about that.
[She looks at the food on the table and frowns a little bit. She has a feeling she knows the answer but...She has to ask. It's been a while but she's trying to fall back into the guardian that she was before.]
Have you had the oatmeal yet Little One?
no subject
If the note is a lie, then what else is a lie? You're here, so where's that sister of mine? If this is a game of hide and seek, I'm bored with it already.
[ Jumping from one topic to the next without any fluidity, her tone is rushed with excitement. ]
no subject
You need to eat that before you get sick. I don't know what exactly they have done to us but it will make you sick with anything you eat until then.
[At least she is used to this..although it throws her for a moment. Taking it one question at a time..and be careful not to say anything wrong..]
We are not safe here. Things will harm everyone here..including the ones who have brought us here so you need to be careful at what happens. If anything seems strange or you feel something is wrong, come and find me alright?
As for your sister..she is not here. There are very few of us from home here at the moment.
no subject
[ She will throw down a tantrum right here and now if need be to further emphasize her feelings on it. The matter of her diet is neglected once the rest of the words come out, Flandre's expression one of bewilderment. ]
Is that the kind of game the administration want to play?
[ As for the matter of her sister not being there, well, the thought tugs at her mind just a bit. It's bothersome, but she'll show up on her own. ]
Once she notices I'm not there, she'll come.
no subject
Yes...but as I said, it's not a safe game nor is it fun for the most part. They play mean tricks and force dangerous jobs on some of us. Just be careful alright?
[She's going to just smile at that because, what else can she do. She can't say anything about her being here twice already...So let's try with some hope..although her smile fades a little bit.]
I'm sure she will. She'll bring the entire tower down to free you and take you back home.
no subject
[ Whatever keeps Flandre from destroying the tower herself. Leaning back, she rocks her wings a little idly while thinking. ]
Mean tricks? I can play one back on them. Happy Halloween, admins.
no subject
[A moment of seriousness crosses her face before it melts away again. Time to calm down and keep going.]
Besides..If we can get free and go back, what do you think she would say?
no subject
[ Stretching out her arms over her head, she thinks briefly on that question. ]
Something about how we're late.
no subject
[And not get disabled or taken down by retrial units..but that's things she can worry about later. Details!]
Probably and then say something about the collar not suiting a Scarlet. Either the color or just having one at all.
[Just going to rub the back of her neck, above her own collar at this point, which is still hidden by the collar of her shirt.]
no subject
So I don't like it. Get rid of it.
no subject
I can't get the collar off of you Little Mistress...If I could I would in a heartbeat. If I was sure it was safe as well.
Everyone here has one, each a different color. Every so often, they have a check up for them. They will want to see you on the day for your color.
no subject
[ But if the collars were pointless later, she'll rely on her to help her get rid of them. ]
Is your color the same as mine? [ Pointing to the violet one around her neck. ]
no subject
Yes, That's right. Until it can be safe to be without one, it's best to leave it alone.
[She hesitates for a moment about the question to her own. It's not because of Flandre at all. She remembers what happens what a unit touches that. She pulls her shirt's collar down to show the blue one around her neck.]
I have a Blue collar instead of violet. There are many others here with different colors as well, From Orange to Violet.
[She's trying to be informative..as things come up at least!]
no subject
[ That's not meant to come out as bad as it does, but she's thinking about the collars. If they have other colors, then that catches her interest. ]
Oh! Do you want to help me gather them?
no subject
I wouldn't as those are other people. Besides, that would attract unneeded attention to you from the admins.
That and the one red ones are units you do not want to mess with. They are the ones that can take anyone down.
[She will glance back and around, making sure there isn't one around at the moment.
