Summary: Curiosity killed the cat, they say. Also known as Naoya is the worst chaperone and Asako is going to have her first hangover. A feelings jam happens across the way.

[It's been a few days since Asako learned of the glory of boxes and...more than a few days since the entire mess with the drones and her trying to get out. Yeah, by now she's gotten to acknowledging that it was both a selfish move and a cruel one - she'd wanted out that badly, and justified it to herself...it was humiliating, and her own opinion of herself was lowered more than a few pegs since then.

So, as most sad dumb teenagers do, she'd started distracting herself with various things: video games, boxes, and...trying out the strange new things in the cafeteria. With a box next to her. Hey, maybe she'd figure it out soon enough....and the chamomile tea was actually pretty good.

It is a perfect evening right now.

Nao-nii is not a mess-up. Not in my eyes. Nao-nii is a jerk, but not a mess-up. 'Sides, it's kind of like - like - like a tiger tossing the cub into a pit, so that the cub can kinda...get out on its own, 'cause that means it's strong enough to survive on its own.

[There's a pause.]

I know, I know. I meant Nao-nii being a jerk and calling me short all the time is like that. Not actually dangerous, but...thingy. Motivation? I think?

I used to get put in the hospital, you know. So I think Nao-nii was doing it to make sure I'd get back out. Just like Nao-nii is here.

[There's another pause.]

[... Right okay. He just pulls her close and rests his head on her shoulder.]

[He reaches up to pat her, but kind of misses, hand ending up on her shoulder. Three red marks can be seen on his hand. ... Yeah okay too drunk to care.]
