Residents of room 1-07 will be met with the loud thunk of Aoi falling off the bedside and scrabbling upright, evidently panicked; help a poor lady out?]

[having recovered somewhat from the initial... shock... Aoi is mostly wandering; venturing through the dormitory floors, warily avoiding the network terminals and generally trying to stay out of everyone's way whilst she fully comes to terms with all this...]

Magi? Not particularly many, as we know them. [Sighing, he raised his right hand to adjust the sunglasses he wore--likely revealing his bright red Command Spells in the process.]

It's a bit complicated. I've seen magic users in abundance, but their magecraft doesn't really abide by the same rules or logic as the Clock Tower's magi follow.
