[Spyro's woken up, and once the paralysis wears off, he's definitely going to freak out a bit. Not being able to move when you wake up sucks, bro. But with freaking out comes realization; mainly he should stop freaking the fuck out and figure out what happened by investigating. That includes checking out the trunk and everything around it, and eventually finding the note nearby. He holds it to the table with a set of his claws, reading it with an eyebrow raised.]

... Wait; which world?

[Coming from a universe filled with multiple worlds is confusing.]

B. [Around the halls.]

[And now the dragon's exploring, trying to make sense of things. Where is he? And where the hell is Sparx? :| He kinda needs the little guy around, after all. Not to mention he's Spyro's best friend.
Should anyone run into him, his first question is definitely going to be:]

Ah, hey; you seen a little dragonfly around? 'Bout this big, golden yellow, great conversationalist..?

[He hears what sounds like another newcomer to the tower, and wants to intercept them before they freak out too much about the note; because he truly believes that no world has gone totally kaput like the dicks in the tower say it has.]

[He all but shits a brick when he enters.]

[That right there, is a dragon. A virgin eating, live-stalk snatching, village destroying, and treasure hoarding kind of dragon he saw in storybooks when he was a kid.
