That's Solas hanging on to the cables much as a koala would hang on to a branch: for dear life. She saw what happened when the others fell into the red light - their powers ceased working. This means the fall is going to hurt like hell.

This is going to suck.

Taking a deep breath, she lets herself fall toward the red light, preparing to grasp one of the cables (or someone else) once she got there.
