Summary: A confused Frankenstein girl tries to adjust to suddenly being in a giant tower.

Room 1-17

[Veronica Madaraki was confused. Never before had she been this confused. One moment, she was in the estate with Fran arguing about the hitmen she had just slaughtered. The next, she was lying on a bed in an odd room with three other beds, and a letter in her hands was saying that her world was destroyed. Calling bullshit, she crumpled it up and tossed it away. She was mildly shocked to find herself changed out of her usual clothes, the collar elected an angry reaction. Probably another of her sister's weird experiments.

Finding the trunk at the base of her bed, Veronica quickly donned her normal clothes and stowed her weapons inside her cloak. Time to figure out what the hell was going on.]

Floor 100

[Anyone going through this floor will see two thing. An incredibly big mansion. And a girl standing at the front doors, desperately trying to grab the doorknob but failing every time. The girl starts calling out different names, trying to get a response from someone who isn't there. She eventually tries punching through the door but her hand just passes through.]

What the hell is wrong with this place?

Floor 90

[The Blue lagoon was a surprise to Veronica, who was already quite shocked at everything that was going on. The golden sand under her boots was kicked up in frustration. What was this place? Where was the way out? With her fury spent, Veronica eventually just sits down at the edge of the beach, slowly running a scarred hand through the crystal clear water as she thought. A mermaid that got too close got a dose of paralysis poison from Veronica's needle tipped fingers and is floating face down in the water next to her. Don't let this weird you out.]

Floor 2

[Thank God this place had an elevator. You might see a young, horrifically scarred, girl walking into the infirmary, watching everything with a confused look. At the very least, even if it wasn't her own, the infirmary gave Veronica a familiar feeling.]

[Oh yeah, she almost forgot about that. She pokes it to make sure it's still dead. It is.]

Yeah... it tried to pull me into the water. I think it was trying to drown me.

[Mayu just sighs]

Are monsters like that all over this place... worse at night, I hear. Have an axe of your own?

An axe?

[From under her cloak Veronica pulls two weapons. One is a normal broadsword, the other is an odd looking blade that sort of looks like one from a guillotine. Both are able to fit under her cloak somehow.]

I have these, though I usually have more. There's monsters around here?

[axeforasong]

[Mayu nods approvingly yes those look useful]

In Tower in general. Many, many floors. Should be okay though. [if you've got those.]

Monsters eh?

[She stares down at her blades for a moment before smirking for the first time.]

Sounds like fun, sort of anyway. I'm sorry, but I didn't get your name.

[axeforasong]

Ah! Is Mayu; good to meet you, yes? [handshake?]

[stitchedupbodyguard]

[She bows respectfully, as is custom back home, but stops as she sees the outstretched hand. Chuckling a little embarrassedly, she takes Mayu's hand in her, terribly scarred, own.]

Nice to meet you, Mayu. You use an axe then?

[axeforasong]

Yes! [see it twirl!]

Got stuck in similar situation before without it; won't happen twice!

That's good, should always keep your weapon on you.

[She's relaxed a bit now. Mayu doesn't seem like a threat.]

You've been in the tower a while right? Is there a way out?

Only few days; are people been here years. No way out yet. Have to win Tower.

Years?

[Well that doesn't sound good at all. It perks her interest though.]

What do you mean win?

[hell, she can list them off her fingers]

Kill Admins; win tower; go home.

Those are the ones who brought us all here? Told us our homes were destroyed?

Seeeems so. Current one is 'Jason'; is dullard can only think of oats to eat. No-one likes him at all.

[She think for a minute.]

I think I might have to have a chat with this "Jason" eventually. I'm sure we could work something out.

Ah! Was post about that, actually. People tried before. Never works. Is 'us' and 'them' for him, yes? [like Mayu can talk about having that kind of morals]

Oh, so we're like prisoners then.

[She groans.]

Fantastic. I bet Gavril would have loved to hear that.

Basically! Gavril?

My older sister, well, older, older, sister. My biggest sister you might say.

She likes killing people and eating them and doesn't take shit from anyone.

[All said in a nonchalant manner. Family, what can you do?]

Hmmm, sounds like would have been useful here...

Are many sisters?

Just my other sister, Fran. She's the middle sister.

She's a doctor who can do just about anything. Including raise the dead.

[There's a bit of a scowl.]

We tend to argue a lot about things.

[but that just sounds amazing!]

[wow the people she used to know at school were boring!]

Yup, we're all like this.

[She points to the stitches and scars on her face. They all had those. Veronica shrugs after a few seconds.]

I mean, they don't look like me, at all really, but they're still my sisters.

...I wish I'd had sisters...

[Oh noes, did she say something wrong again?]
