Bitty Meeting
Characters: Romeo, Ken and every bitty
Setting: Floor 95
Format: Either and all
Summary: Bitty meeting! For those that don't know, Ken and Romeo run a group for all the under 14s in the tower to help each other, get through bad times and work out ways to help the adults. Every character aged 14 and under is welcome, Romeo left notes in all those he knows the name of and knows (or thinks) are under 14, but he was also handing out posters to anyone who looked 14 or under. If your character is under 14 but looks older they are welcome as long as they convince Ken and Romeo they are not spies.
Warnings: Generic Animus warnings
The actual meeting is taking part on one of the ledges over the ball pit. Romeo has brought up food and drinks and they are laid out. Anyone he knows is gestured in and anyone new who looks nervous is approached (with great enthusiasm.) They haven't had a meeting in a long time and Romeo doesn't even know if everyone is still in the tower anymore.
He put notes in everyone's mailbox, but not everyone had mailboxes and even Romeo didn't know everyone so he had also handed out invitations to anyone he thought was under fourteen. He just hoped people came.
There was a lot of things they needed to talk about, and a lot of ways they could help each other. It was important they all worked together

One could find Yotsuba wandering around the food, thinking about eating something or grabbing a ball in order to toss it at a friend.

"Woah...!" Sealand had never seen a room like this before, so when he did arrive he just stared at it for a moment before going in any further.

... Now he has to think of how to get through this meeting without his voice cracking.

"Hello Ken!" He clambered up to sit next to his friend, "Are you ready?"

And, as always, Quark can't help but be amazed by the table of food laid out for those in attendance. He drifts over to it right away, just taking in the sight of the different snacks that would've cost half a fortune back on his home world. The boy looks far less interested in eating any of it than he does just examining the spread.

Aaaaand my other bitty boy might as well come, too!
Ion smiles as he muses this to himself, stepping off into the 95th floor to join the rest of the children. As he looks around, he notices he's one of the oldest here (at least physically), but supposes there's no harm in seeing what this supposed meeting is all about.
"I hope I'm not too terribly late..."
It was a good thing that the floor had been so close to the dorms, otherwise it probably would've taken him even longer to arrive. As it were, he already felt a bit winded from the journey, his face a shade more pale than it should've. Ion wasn't going to let it bother him. He didn't want to make a poor impression, especially when, looking around, he wasn't familiar with most (if not all) of the youth he could see scattered around the floor.

She looked around a little confused, the note clutched tightly in her hands as she floated around the room. She really didn't trust herself enough to not get swallowed up in the ball pit. Whenever someone passed she got their attention and held out the note to them.
"Hey, did you write this?"

The latest.......
But he didn't come alone! When he arrives on the proper floor, he's holding the hand of one Yuka Mochida, who is definitely the right age to be here. The two don't really stay together long, as John urges the smaller girl to go get to making some new friends while he himself hangs by the staircase, waiting for his alternate self to show up.
accompanied by the latest double..........
"So uh. We got invited to this?" This isn't as awkward as it could be....the ballpit is here and everything....

It's hard being a +1
And by mingle, we mean play with some of the balls, sit off to the side and kind of watch everyone for the moment. Until she spotted someone she recognized at least....

[Somehow, though, for a kid lacking motivation as much as he was lacking morals, Gamzee showed up. He deemed it much more awkward to stand at the entrance to the ball floor looking lost than to approach Romeo directly, casting sidelong glances at the rest of the assembled group and feeling peculiarly like he was severely out of place.]
...You need something from a motherfucker here, bro?

"First of all - I'm Ken Amada. I've been here a while - Romeo's been here longer though. If you've got a question during the meeting, please raise your hand and don't shout it out. I've got a piece of paper here and a pen - don't lose it. I'm gonna pass it around - put your name down on it. If you don't know how to write your name, get someone else to help you."
He hands out the paper and then stands up again.
"Anyway. For those of you who have been here before, hang on. For the new people - the main idea of this group is to look after each other. Sometimes we don't have anyone we can turn to because we just don't know people, or sometimes because something the tower does makes things harder. If you need combat training we can find someone to help, no matter what kind of fighting you do. If you just want to start training, we can help you with that too."
He looks around a little bit.
"So who's new? If you could say something like your name, how old you are, and any sort of combat experience you have - or other sort of useful skills you have."
