Being a workaholic is bad for your health.
Characters: Diarmuid Ua Diurbine and Miles Edgeworth
Setting: Laboratory, Night
Format: Action but I'll match!
Summary: Edgeworth works all day in the laboratory and does not realise what time it is.
Warnings: Character death and gore. It hurt to write, too.
[Waver was not the only one in the Clear Fluid team who spent long hours working in the laboratory. A certain prosecutor sometimes got a tad too absorbed in his work also. When Edgeworth was not doing his obligatory post worker job or training with Diarmuid, taking notes on the tower or at the swimming pool, he could be found here. He would, in fact, be quite happy working all night if it were not for the fact that monsters roamed then.
Tonight, however, the prosecutor was getting so wrapped up in his paperwork that…..he had completely forgotten the time.
Edgeworth was sitting at one of the tables, frowning over Waver’s handwriting (he found it atrocious) and trying to rewrite them in his own words as best as he could. He was going to have to ask the man the next day to read some of his notes out loud to him…
Suddenly, there was a rustling in the room, which made Edgeworth suddenly glance up from his work, alert. He was not alone…
Wait a minute, what time was it?]
