Summary: 32 for typical feudal day activities with the half-breed, and 73 for a little exploration
Warnings: InuYasha being tsun.

[Floor 32]
[InuYasha still wasn't much of a people person, and his bad run with the shadows, he became even more scarce around the public areas like the lounge and cafeteria. Not that he was use to such unusual modern-like settings. As far as he was concerned, this floor provided the best comfort. Not only did it inhabit nature he was use to, he could also feast here with whatever he hunted. It was hell of a lot better than that crap they served in the dining area.

Currently he could found on the branch of the tree he always lounged on. This place wasn't free of people, not that he minded. Hell maybe he wanted someone to bother him. Not that he would admit it, but he was feeling homesick. The half-breed was fortunate to meet to new people, but no one's he connected with on an intimate level.]

[Floor 73]
[He decided to explore a floor he hadn't searched yet. This one was covered in snow, and more just kept falling. Unlike humans, he didn't need an extra coat to roam without feeling cold. In fact his bare feet barely registered the temperature of the flakes beneath him. With this, he was able to at least busy himself with something. Of all the surroundings, the castle interested him the most, so that's where he was heading.]

[ Truthfully, Sertoria hadn't explored this floor all that much. In fact, all that she's done is just document it and gone on with her day. She seems to not be dressed for the weather, what with being in a pair of sandals and a tunic. She seems to be just standing there with her hands outstretched, observing the snow as it sticks to her hair. ]

It is not even cold...

[ While Inuyasha was exploring the floor, Ishtar was on it, making little snow people. They're not very creative or pretty to look at but she did her best and they were cute little things as she poked a button nose for them with a pebble and branch arms. Ishtar wanted to be at peace for a bit and forget a lot of things. ]

Capell was wandering, still exploring his surroundings and the forest was interesting. He wasn't sure how a forest could exist inside a tower but he had been told by a few people that everything was an illusion.

It was a very good one though, and he saw the figure in the tree and waved. He recognised the figure, though they hadn't spoken they shared a room.

[InuYasha caught her scent long before he saw her, and of all the scents he's picked up, her's is by far the strongest. The dog demon stopped several feet behind her. Any closer and he may have to mask his face to protect himself from her overwhelming...smell...]

Who the hell are you?

[InuYasha, that's not how you greet someone.]

[It was that Ishtar girl. What in the world was she doing? InuYasha decided to approach her to find out.]

Aren't you cold?

InuYasha was hardly ever in his room, let alone the dorms. Frankly he couldn't stand the place and found no reason to be there. Granted he required at least one night's sleep every so often just so he didn't fall drowsy like he did last time.

The half-breed picked up the scent of the other long before he fell in the other's line of sight. What was he waving at him for? He remained perched on the branch.

"What do you want?"

[ Sertoria's hands drop back to her sides and she turns around, giving the dog demon a friendly wave and a grin. Obviously, she's unfazed completely by his greeting. ]

Sertoria Cani, sir. It is a pleasure to meet you.

[ She doesn't mind his way of greeting. Honest. ]

The pleasure is all yours. [InuYasha clearly wasn't the friendly type.

His face slightly cringed at her scent.] Just what are you?

I shall take that, then. [ Even with his attitude, she doesn't mind it too much. She's met much worse people before.

And then, perhaps a bit too cheerfully: ] An android, which is a robot designed to be as human-like as possible. Although, I am to assume you may not know what a robot exactly is. Essentially, we are kind of like golems if you are familiar with those, sir.

[So much snow...

Gray eyes stared up at the falling specks of white. Tilting his head to the side, the young Deadman let out a sigh. It was strange that this floor was so relaxing, in spite of the bitter cold. The cold did not affect him all that much, considering he could barely feel it. After a couple of seconds, he allowed a brief smile to cross his lips. As he spoke, a soft laugh escaped.]

Shiro ...would love it here.

[He did manage to notice how she wasn't off-putted like most others tended to be around him.] Golems? [Sure there were sub-categories of demons like that, but she really like one of them?]

Are you sure we're talkin' about the same thing here?

[Did everyone visit this floor? You think the cold temperature alone would discourage people but maybe others were able to bear it like he did. Ganta's scent did not escape him. Truth be told, it was also unique like many of the others here. Likely the result of everyone being from different worlds and all.]

Do you always stand around and talk to yourself like that?

[Ohhi, have a random silver-haired bishounen disrupt your event.]

[ The android scratches the back of her head at his question, wondering what he got at. She was sure he came from a feudal era if his state of dress was anything to go by... ]

Are we? When you think of a golem, what do you think of?

A type of demon. [Of the earth variety. Which she most certainly didn't smell like.]

Demons...? [ Right, that had to be a mythological creature of some sort. She never did pay too much attention to studying mythology as intently as she did with other subjects. ]

I am not one of those. I suppose if it helps, I am a really lifelike doll that a mother would give their child to play with. Just... a lot stronger and a lot smarter than a doll would be!

[That analogy did help clarify things for him. It wasn't as if he expected to understand everything he encountered here. There was already much he didn't know and it was too much for him to try learn all of. If anything he'll remember what's important to him.]

A doll huh? [He gave her another glance over. It would explain why the cold didn't faze her.]

What're you doin' on a floor like this?

[Maybe he'll introduce himself. Maybe.]

[ When InuYasha confirmed her analogy helped, Sertoria could only grin as she was successful once again. She doesn't mind being stared at, especially when someone didn't know what she was. ]

Ah, well, I was observing the snow. Snowfall rarely does happen in my world since the climate is rather warm, so it is always hot and we have mostly deserts around. You must forgive me, sir, I tend to have a childlike curiosity when it comes to weather like this.

[ She would appreciate that, but she won't force him. ]

[InuYasha could accept that for an answer. He wasn't as tolerant as he could be without Kagome around to help him open up, but she has influenced him enough not to be so rejecting of others. His other friends have also helped him become more open than he use to be.]

It's not that special--just frozen water.

[He slipped his hands into his sleeves.]

[Ganta blinked up at the voice, before frowning slightly at his thoughts being interrupted. Damn it, is there really not a floor without people?

... Wait. That guy has... dog ears. And he thought he'd seen it all, back home.]

Not really. [He wanted to retort with a "not that it's any of your business".

... But he was too intrigued by the ears...

Wait, no... no he's not.]

Do you always ask annoying questions?

[ It seems like his dismissal caused her to tilt her head once again before she shrugs slightly. This is one aspect out of many that made her like people and want to protect them for as long as she was able. ]

I suppose you and I must agree to disagree here. I find it fascinating as I have not experienced a snowfall like this before.

[ She does take notice of the castle in the distance and ponders on it slightly. ]

Were you heading towards the castle? If so, would you like a companion? Maybe I could learn more about you, sir, like your name for instance.

[Why did he bother talking to be people again?]

At least I don't talk to myself.

[Mature conversation is a go!]

Don't let me spoiler your fun. [Really. Enjoy the snow all you want. He didn't care.]

Do what you want. [Keh, she wanted to know his name too?] InuYasha, not that that's important.

[He'll redirect to what he was doing prior to engaging with her. Which consists of heading to the castle.]

[Without missing a beat.]

Yeah? At least I don't have dog ears. What, do you go around listening in on people like some weird pervert?

[Have a snarky grin, InuYasha. He's just trying to piss you off.]

You are not spoiling my fun. I do not mind meeting new people here, especially if they are nice to me.

[ Besides, she can always come back up here with Shiro or someone. Maybe Ganta too... Hm. ]

[ She easily catches up in tow, slightly swinging her arms at her sides. Someone's happy. ]

Excuse me?! [Good for nothing brat! InuYasha clenched his fist and assumed a more offensive stance.]
