(slightly backdated) To be human. [Open]
Characters: Romeo, his roomates if they want to and anyone!
Setting: Beginning in room 1-02 moving to everywhere else in the tower (pick a floor and he will be there)
Format: Take your pick I'll match!
Summary: Romeo wakes up after being killed by Molly.
Warnings: Mentions of death.
In room: Romeo couldn't move, was this what death was like? But the ceiling looked just the same as in the tower. He had been killed... by Molly...
The bad people must have made her do it, because they were best friends. They had sworn eternal friendship to each other and she would never ever hurt him on purpose. He wondered if he was in heaven now, if he would see Alfredo but if so why couldn't he move...
He got more and more scared as time went on, death couldn't be like this forever could it.
When he finally could move he shot upright into sitting position and blinked. He was still in the tower, this was his room... but he remembered dying. He remembered some of the adults talking about how you couldn't die here... was this what they had meant?
He curled up on his side and stared at his hands. Wait... his hands? He sat up again and pressed his hands to his face, and then his head. He had no antlers anymore, his face was normal! He looked down and saw his legs and feet. He had feet! And hands! He jumped up onto the bed. "I'm a human again!" He gave the biggest grin and then remembered mister America attacking him.
What if he still wanted to kill him... what if the bad people still wanted to hurt him! He jumped down and hid behind his bed peeking out with wide eyes.
Out in coridoors: A little while later, dressed in his normal clothes Romeo ventured out. He was a little nervous and scared in case some people still wanted to hurt him but he was happy enough at having hands and feet again. He ran and skipped instead of walked, stopped to touch things or pick them up just because he could.
He went to the fish room to run his fingers through the water, read a book in the library so he could turn the pages, went to the eating hall so he could eat something that wasn't salad. Though if any one came near him he flinched, unless he knew them very well, and he couldn't quite look people in the eye.

Then she threw her arms around the little boy, and wrapped him in the biggest Milagro hug ever.

"No one's going to hurt you again. I'll break anyone's nose if they mess with you."

Romeo raised his fist to his heart and grinned, "I promise to look after you as well miss Milagro, no one will hurt you ever again!"

"Alright! We're allies then!"

Who's making all that noise?
Ienzo's mentality had definitely been changing over the course of the past few weeks, and it wasn't for the happier -- so it was with hardly-concealed annoyance that he grudgingly walked over to the door and stuck his head out. He had every intention of giving the person a stern lecture on the importance of shutting the hell up. Or at least, he did until he saw who it actually was.
"Romeo? You're..."
no subject
"I'm a person again!"
no subject
So yes, when Romeo bowled him over, Ienzo wasn't able to react in time, helpless to resist Romeo's excitable violence. Also, he screamed, very loudly. It would probably be amusing if he wasn't under the impression that Romeo had gone insane and was now trying to kill him.

He grabbed the boys hand in apology, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to!" He jumped up and attempted to drag the younger boy to his feet.

"Ah. No..." His speaking volume is fluctuating wildly now, hand to his heart. God. Romeo scared him.
"H-here. No..." Awkwardly, he got to his own feet, pulling awkwardly at his clothes. "No... I'm not injured... it's fine."
no subject
"I was worried about you!"
no subject
Ienzo seemed to have gotten used to it by now, key word being 'seemed'; he merely cringed, but that was just because he had tightened his muscles, since he couldn't exactly curl into a "get-away-from-me ball" while standing up.
"...About me... why?"
One would think that Romeo would be more concerned with himself, being a genetic monstrosity and all.
no subject
And he never would. Romeo blinked and then smiled sadly at him, "Because bad bad things happened and lots of people got hurt," not just the ones who had been attacked either. Romeo didn't understand but he knew the bad people had managed to hurt almost everybody. "And because you're my friend and I don't like my friends getting hurt."

In Room

"...I recently awoke, yes. Where is this place?" He spies the collar on the boy's neck, one hand reaching under the scarf on his own neck, feeling the similar device. "What are these collars?"

Protoman had read it, and crumpled it up before he'd gotten dressed. He made a noise akin to scoffing. "The place is probably better off destroyed," he comments in an icy, mechanical tone.

Though he's curious about what Romeo said. "Stop the 'baddies'?"
no subject
He nodded at the question, "They keep stealing people from different worlds and then they did experiments..." He looked downcast a moment as he remembered that Molly had killed him. "They are really bad and like hurting people."
