Summary: Mia adjusts to life in Animus, and meets a few new people.

01-Infirmary

For many people the infirmary was the last place they wanted to be, but for Mia it was the closest thing she could find to home in the tower. She'd first headed here first, making sure that she hadn't been injured after waking up. This was certainly the first time she'd seen such advanced healing techniques, although she thought it was odd that the people seemed to rely on systems to do the healing for them. But, this model seemed interesting and she was wondering if there was something she could learn.

She's currently scouring the shelves, looking through all thee medications she could find. Most of these seemed to be for minor ailments, but they were still very far ahead of the healing medicines that she had given to Megan and Justin to distribute in Imil. With these, it was likely that many minor diseases that would become deadly without constant attention of a healer could be stopped!

Mia's rigorously taking notes, but is not oblivious to anyone walking in. If she could, she'd like to help out healing people in the accessible wing of the infirmary, and the first person walking through the door is the best place to start!

02-Library

Anyone heading to the fantasy and fairy-tale section might find a blue-haired healer curled up, with a book in her lap. There's a rather large stack next to her, but she seems to be making progress at a steady rate. Although she's very focused, her posture is still very open. Anyone wandering through this area of the library might get the impression that this person is okay striking up casual conversation, or being asked for help.

03-Room 01-07

Although Mia hasn't had a chance to meet with the other occupants of her room yet, she has a feeling that they'll get along well. It's rather refreshing, after traveling with a group of almost entirely all boys for so long, to be able to stay with a group of girls instead. If the state of their belongings were any indication, they both seemed rather well-kept and organized.

Currently, Mia's looking over some of the books she'd taken from the library and infirmary, making notes. There's a rather orderly stack of books beside the bed, and a candle burning on the nightstand. It's beginning to get late, but Mia wouldn't mind talking to her roommates and getting to know them better should one of them walk in.

A healer's first priority is always her patients, so as soon as Mia hears Amelia enter the infirmary she turns around, trying to get a better look at the soldier. Her arm seemed to be badly wounded, but hopefully nothing that a good ply couldn't fix.

"Yes, but I'm a healer back home, so I should be able to help you. Would you be okay telling me what happened?"

"Well, that's fortunate!" She manages to muster a smile despite her wounded arm, holding her arm up for the other to see. Although certainly not a pleasant looking bite wound, whatever decided Amelia looked edible seemed to miss hitting anything too terribly important in there and the bleeding is more or less under control, although it does look like it probably hurts.

"I don't know how long you've been here so some of this might not make sense, but I was fighting on the floor with a forest against some of the creatures in there and one managed to bite me. They've got incredibly sharp teeth, so I'm probably lucky I wasn't hurt worse."

"I'm familiar with monsters, but I had on idea we had such vicious beasts here. I'll make sure to stay away from that level," she smiles as she says it, in an effort to make sure that Amelia's calm. The wound didn't look too deep, but she's going to move forward so she can get a closer look at the wound.

"Yes. Thankfully, it seems like a very shallow wound, and there doesn't look to be any poison. I can cast a quick spell to heal it, if it would be okay with you."

She blinks a couple of times at Mia when she suggests healing it, noting the lack of any staff. Then again by now she's used to people being able to do things nobody could do back home, so she simply nods with a smile.

"That's a relief, you know magic huh? And yeah, the creatures on the forest aren't too strong, but they can shut off the powers of anyone nearby, so magic won't be much help against them."

"Please hold still for a moment," Mia closes her eyes, and Amelia may have a feeling of ease wash over her. It feels something like a river, or a spring rain. If she has had any contact with any psynergy stones, she'll see a blue aura around Mia.

"How are you feeling now?"
