Two socially awkward men try to socialise.
Characters: Miles Edgeworth and Waver
Setting: Laboratory, afternoon.
Format: Starting in action brackets but it's up to you, Waver-mun!
Summary: Edgeworth tries to be sociable for once
Warnings: None so far.
[See a Waver fast asleep on one of the desks in the laboratory.
See him asleep among the piles of work, surrounded by equipment.
See Miles Edgeworth standing a few metres away from him, his arms crossed, not looking very impressed. After all, not paying attention to things around him got him killed a few days ago. He would rather that more accidents did not happen in this room.
He did not want to invade Waver's personal space, so there was only one way to wake him up.]
Ahem.

Don't get me wrong; I'm aware there's a very real chance we could all die. And personally, I've accepted that possibility. At the same time I'm also not hating our potential chances.

Still, Waver has a point.]
Well, our potential 'chances' are the only chances we have. [Believable or not.]

[Waver smirked in response, and whether he was amused or flattered was difficult to say.]
Terrible stereotypes aside, sometimes one learns quite a few such skills after some years living on their own.

[One thing at a time, Waver.]
I would hardly say I'm an amateur, but I didn't think it anything to write home about.

He certainly tried, at least.

We were able to figure it out eventually.
