Setting: Dorms/Outside dorm 02-04 and anywhere else - seriously, he's getting the hell out.
Format: Doesn't matter to me.
Summary: Lelouch just got here and he's already freaking out. ~~Feel free to tell him how horrible the other Lelouch who was here before him was! He'll just be like "I didn't do any of that! D'8"~~
Warnings: None as if yet.

[ it was weird. it felt like...he had just woken up here and nothing else had happened. but it was obvious that something was going on. as soon as he woke up in this new room and in this new outfit - he had to get out! ]

[ by now, he was in the hallway of the dorm rooms, having a bit of a panic attack as he looked back and forth for anyone who might be coming his way. he wanted explanations! but more than that...he just wanted to know that everyone was okay at home or something. was...was it really all gone? was everyone dead? what about...his brother? ]

[ he felt so guilty and angry - with himself mostly. he felt like a failure for not being there to help his brother. but how do you save a world like that?! he didn't even have an idea... besides super powers. pfft, but those didn't exist... ]

[ Lelouch raised his head quickly at the sight of someone coming towards him ] E-Excuse me! Have you seen my brother? He's a bit shorter than me, light brown hair, violet eyes-- [ he's cut off when the person just runs off without answering. RUDE. i mean, wth seriously?? ] Wait! Wait a minute! I didn't even ask you about this place yet!

Why should you all be punished for wanting to know the truth? It seems like they might be hiding something that they don't want anyone to find out if they're getting angry.

[Diarmuid laughs, bitterly.]

Are they hiding something? There is no doubt they are hiding a lot of things. We have learned a few things, but there is still so much we have to learn, and we are having to fight for every little detail.

I would like to help you find out those things... Especially why they "saved" us but keep us caged like animals.

It might be a while before I can be of any help to you though. I'm still in a bit of a denial stage; if you could even call it that.

[Diarmuid gives Lelouch an understanding look.]

It's all right. It takes us all time to try and process everything. Perhaps we can talk more later about such things? In the meantime, I would just advise you to be on your guard. There are several floors that seem safe, but are not so. However, the first few floors are just as safe as they look. The cafeteria, library, infirmary, and lowest lounge hold no dangers except at night when the monsters come out. Unfortunately, everywhere except for the dorms becomes dangerous then.

I suppose I need to find a weapon as soon as I can then.

You are welcome, and yes, if you didn't arrive with a weapon, it would be a good idea to get one with as soon as possible. However, I may be able to help you with that.

What kind of weaponry do you know how to use?

I'm...not really sure. I've never had to really have a weapon with me, though I do know how to use a gun.

[Diarmuid frowns slightly.]

Unfortunately, guns are one weapon I cannot help with. Otherwise, I was going to offer to get something for you. I have been collecting weapons from monsters recently. Though they have to be hidden during certain parts of the day, they are stronger than the weapons we arrive with or can make.

[Since one kind of weapon can be stripped away when powers are and the other isn't made out of anything but film.]

[ he frowned too ] I don't know how to use anything else and...I'm not the greatest at any sort of physical activity.

[ normally, that was something he wouldn't admit... but being in a place like this, it would come out sooner or later ]

[Diarmuid nods in acknowledgment.]

I would offer to teach you how to use a sword or spear, but it sounds like you would be much more comfortable with something ranged, gun or not. Unfortunately, ranged is not something I have much experience with. I could direct you to a few people who do know more about ranged weapons, though, if you like.

It is no problem. I believe the stronger we each are, the stronger we all are. Once you are ready, look for a man named Cerberus. He can be a little hard to find, but he is very skilled in the use of modern weapons including guns. If you need me to, I can contact him for you.

I suppose so... I'll only be looking for my brother in the meantime.

Cerberus and I? Friends would probably be stretching it. It is more like we are allies both fighting the same war. I actually know very little about him or his world.

[Normally, Diarmuid would wish someone luck finding the person they are looking for, but Lelouch really has him confused. He's acting nothing like Suzaku described and so he's not sure if it would be a good or bad thing for him to find Rolo right now. As a result, he just doesn't comment on Lelouch's second statement.]
