1st log ♒ strength at sea
Characters: Sealand, England and open!
Setting: Dorm 1-20, Floor 100, Beach (floor 62), Underwater floor (floor 63 - closed)
Format: Starting with brackets, but I'll match you!
Summary: After getting his regain, Sealand misses home, visits the beach, goes swimming, and drowns. Though starting off well, it could be a better day.
Warnings: A drowning child in the last prompt, eventually. Also, sad micronation and general tower warnings. Will update if more occur.
[Dorm room 1-20]
[Sealand can't be more excited when he finds something extra in his trunk one morning. He takes it out immediately. It might be late, but if this is a birthday present, he'll still gladly take it! It soon becomes clear what the present is, and Sealand grins ear to ear. The Power Ranger costume he'd gotten from Japan a few years ago.
He puts it on immediately, feeling powerful as soon as it covers his body, armoured, like he can do anything!
Putting away his usual sailor suit, he decides to wear the costume for the rest of the day.]
[Floor 100]
[Sealand loves exploring new places. And one of the few, very few, advantages of being in this tower is that there is always plenty to do and explore. It usually makes it easy to forget why he's here, and what he misses. Not so much today, though.
Wearing his new power ranger outfit, he climbs the staircase to floor 100. He's reluctant to look on this floor at first; after all, it looks like there's nothing there from the staircase. Not very interesting. But still, curiosity to see everything takes him further. He isn't quite prepared for what greets him as he steps off the staircase though.
It's his home. It's Sealand. He stands outside, on the platform of his fort, the sea spread around the micronation, the place he used to live metres away from him. For a moment he's stunned.
But it's only a moment. Then Sealand is running inside the building.]
H-Hello?!
[He rushes through the hallways, looking into each room and shouting as he goes.]
Prince Michael! Hello? It's Sealand— it's Peter! Is there anybody...?
[His voice trails off. Every room he comes across is empty; it might be his home, but no one is here. He sees his flag, hanging in one of the rooms and he reaches out to touch it. But of course, his hand simply goes straight through it. He brings his hand back, crestfallen.
Back out on the platform, he tries again, trying to hold onto the bars like he used to, looking out to sea. He can't touch the bars though; he can't touch his home.
Sealand spends a while at the hologram of his former home. He can be found sitting on the floor of what looks to him like his fort, watching the sea.]
[Beach.]
[Sealand loves the beach. He can be seen paddling in the water later in the day, his power ranger costume becoming wet as he kicks at the waves and runs along the beach. He's not going too deep into the sea, the water never reaching above his knees, but he's happy enough playing where he is.]
[Floor 63] (closed to England)
[Sealand has spent most of the afternoon running through the tower from floor to floor, occasionally stopping to explore a room further. He's seen England once or twice, and suspects maybe he's following him. Convinced he'll get into trouble, the jerk! As if Sealand is going to get into trouble! He's just as much a nation as England is; he knows what he's doing in this place, and he can handle himself.
Of course, if Sealand is being followed, his brother is probably still just behind him. But that doesn't stop him from pausing briefly at the staircase on floor sixty three, eyes wide. How is the water doing that? It's everywhere-- and fish! There's fish all over! There's no harm in stopping at this floor for a little bit.
Taking a deep breath and grinning widely, Sealand leaps into the water.]

Floor 100
Aleph walks over to sit next to him. To him the hologram is of the innermost chambers of Kether Castle - pillars rise up around them and they sit where Lucifer normally would be floating.]
What do you see here?
Re: Floor 100
Over there is where I lived with my citizens, and this is the platform, and over there's what we use to get onto the boat below.
[He's pointing as he explains this, his tone both excited and somewhat upset, as though he's trying to mask some grief. He knows now it's all just an allusion, and being here makes him sad, but he doesn't want to leave yet.]

This place must just show people their homes.]
What does it look like?
no subject
It's beautiful, if you can stand to navigate the castle to get to it. The owner doesn't really like visitors. --And he likes pit traps way too much.

[He glances around his fort.]
I hope we get home soon. Sealand still has to grow and become the best ever nation!
no subject
I'm sure Sealand definitely will grow. [Who would be mean enough to say otherwise.]
no subject
[Jerks, that's who!
He nods, pleased by Aleph's reply.] Sealand will be the strongest ever recognised country, one day. You can visit and see!

floor 63 naturally
...well, all right, so maybe he was following Sealand a bit. But he was sneaky! Completely unobtrusive, as tailing someone should be.
For the most part, Sealand seemed to be all right on the floors he'd been visiting, so England didn't intervene. But then, well--
He watches as Sealand stops off on floor sixty-three, and wisely waits a moment before descending the staircase, as well. A bubble of discomfort forms in his gut as the wide water opens up in front of him in every direction. This is one of those floors that he always passes by; he's not exactly a strong swimmer, so he has no reason to linger about.
Until he sees Sealand swimming out there like he hasn't a care in the world.
Which, all right, the boy can swim, but that doesn't keep him safe from the fish.]
What are you doing? [Whoops, there goes his stealth.]
no subject
He can't hear what England is saying of course, but he knows his brother well enough to get the gist of it. He sticks out his tongue at him, ever mature, doing a flip in the water and swimming backward. He tries touching some of the fish surrounding him, kicking himself even further from the staircase. This floor is a lot of fun! He doesn't know why England is so annoyed.]
Go away! [Of course, all that comes out of his mouth is a long line of bubbles escaping.
He knows he can't stay here too long, not able to hold his breath underwater for more than thirty or forty seconds and already feeling that time running out. But he can still try and get further away from England, swimming upward.]
Dorm 1-20
Lavi steps into the room just as Sealand puts his sailor suit away. He's not sure what to make of the costume, to be honest.]
Ah...nice suit?
no subject
[Sealand grins, spinning around to pose in his new costume.] I found it my trunk! You better watch out for my rocket punch; I'm a super powerful power ranger in my hero form! Haha!
no subject
Think you could show it to me on a bad guy?
no subject
Of course I could!
...Where's a bad guy? [He turns around, as though expecting to see a villan pop up from behind a bed.]
no subject
But...there were the sand bags on the gymnasium floor that could substitute well. Vivid imaginations should be worked-out regularly after all like any other part of the body or mind!]
I think I saw some up on the thirty-ninth floor, yeah?
no subject
no subject
Oh, I'm coming. [He had to make sure that the kid didn't hurt himself throwing a punch at the sandbag after all.]
no subject
You better be careful and stay behind me, Mister! I sense some seriously evil guys on this floor!
no subject
Oh yeah? How many you think? Any one in danger?
no subject
At least three of them; it's the guys in charge of this place. They have prisoners here, too!
[Sealand hasn't actually seen any of the administrators of the tower, so he's picturing a couple of heavily armed and shielded guards of about 7 foot tall in place of those sand bags. Easy enough for a power ranger to take out!]
no subject
Do you think I should go help the prisoners while you take care of the bad guys?
